Tata Consultancy Services — Manager not behaving well and not recognizing work of employee.

Hi Team,

I want complains about Manager of teams who owing teams MQ, datapower, mft and sysweb in integration(JLR). They are not recognizing work of employees and always irritating people while good work. During P1 we worked well and supported team when team members cdsid validation get failed and account was disable, so throughout 2-3 weeks I worked alone and handles all business issues and asked for leave in diwali for week, but I was available on call and carried laptop with me in emergency for support team. When I was asked for leave he not talking with me and said diwali coming every year, But I am married and having family but family will not understand those things, so I taken 4 days of leave with proper mail to head of project and all leads. After all good work each year they just giving 'C' band to employee and not listing any word about it. not able to understand whom will talk and complaint about this, also not releasing from project to us.
