I had shared my EP reference number EP2019CN462622 last week, as I mentioned since the offer letter was released I was trying to get in touch with the HR for some clarification before I could accept the letter on the system, however, as there was no response on the query raised & as no discussions or connect happened to have them clarified and due to that fact, I was not in a position to accept the letter on the portal and the letter got expired, since then I have tried doing multiple follow ups via email, phone and sms and it was only last week that I recieved a response asking my ep reference number which I have shared but again doing so many emails, calls and SMS I still fail to get a reply.

I was and I am very much interested in joining your esteemed organisation and I am eagerly looking for your support to get this gap fixed and help me in getting the offer letter released again on the portal so I can accept it and submit the joining date, I trust you and the organisation and with all due respect for the opportunity that is being offered I am looking forward and eager to have the necessary steps taken forward.

Please help me in getting my issue fixed ASAP

    Hi I have paid full and final settlement 2 weeks ago but I haven't received my relieving documents yet. It was mentioned in the email of FFS that I will get it in 3-5 working days but it's been 10 working days but haven't got it yet.
    My separation HR is not responding to my emails.

    Emp id - 2728105

    Also I don't have TCS email id so unable to register myself in alumni portal and hence unable to raise any ticket.

    Please help.

        PF Transfer of CMC Limited

        Hi Team,

        I was working with CMC limited in the period of[protected].

        I have been trying to transfer my pf amount since long time and try to contact some one from the organization . But no one responded. My Passbook in EPFO portal is not updated as well . Can anyone help me on priority .

          Harassment in releasing offer letter and onboarding

          TCS recruitment team keep me hanging for more than an year in releasing offer letter and onboarding, Each time they said yes it will be release soon, but t never released from 2022 to till date, and nothing much happened even after escalation.

          This type of behaviour creates mental harassment and also affected me personal life.

          I just want the reason of such behaviour. EP2023CN2633794...

          Dear Sir’s / Madam

          I have attached my above car at GoHippo through company called (Midtown Travel Studio) at TCS Transport dept. at Kensington, Powai, Mumbai office for drop & pickup of TCS associates & I have been working there in night shift from last June 2023. As per TCS policy Car manufacturing year for 2016 has been removed from the service from 01st March 2024, but I am very much thankful to Sagar Sir, Swapnil Sir from TCS & of course Suresh Sir from GoHippo for extending my tenor for 1 month till 31st March 2024.

          Sir as per Invoice raised by (Midtown Travel Studio) for the of month January 24 an amount of Rs. 41, 266.00 by way of salary was due for payment between 20 to 25 of Mar 24, but as of today, I have not received any payment & now we are in the month of April 24. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unpaid salary for the month of Jan 24 & payment for Feb & Mar 24 are due in coming days. During whole period working at TCS, Midtown Travel Studio is withholding my salary without giving any genuine reasons & explanation. I have been following with the proprietor of the company for last 10 to 12 days, and lots of message are exchanged between me & him but he is not cooperating at all.

          Sir every month of any 1 Friday we have briefing at TCS office between TCS Transport Admin staff, Supervisor of ECO, Meru, Atharva, GoHippo and Drivers. In briefing training for drivers are given in briefing we are also told to take care of associates not to argue with them, car should be cleaned, we should carry all necessary tool kit with us etc. etc., Sir in these last 10 months I have almost attended all briefing and in this month’s no one from TCS admin staff or any supervisor staff asked the driver that “App lok ka payment time pe mil rahana hain ya nahin, kay app ko koi paresani ya problem hain”, yes if any associates would have complaint about any driver then within no time action is taken against him, then why don’t TCS takes action or banned the vendor who are careless in paying salary to driver on time. Sir we drivers carry out our duties & responsibility in a very responsible way with dedication without seeing our comfort & following all traffic rules on roads with safety of associates. I am proud to say that we drivers are backbone of transport department.

          When asked TCS staff about payment released for Jan 24 they yes, when asked GoHippo staff about payment released they say yes, that means making payment to each other solves the problem according to them but is not their duty to check from vendor whether has made the payment to drivers. Sir let me tell you for payment I reached out to everyone, 1st I met Mr. Vinod Sir from GoHippo on 1st of April 24 at GoHippo office R City Mall & told him that I have not received my salary from Midtown Travel Studio but it was of no use, then I sent message to Transport Admin Swapnil Sir he replied me “Ok will talk to them” but of no use & then my last hope was Transport Admin Sagar Sukla Sir & I messaged him with my problem & he replied me “Don’t worry I spoke with GoHippo they will do” but again it was of no use.

          Sir since our holy month Ramadan is going & we Muslims have tradition to give every year 2.5% of our income in form of Zakat to poor & needy, so I have decided to waive all my payments & give Zakat in the name Allah to proprietor of Midtown Travel Studio because it seems he is more poor & needy than me. The purpose of Complaint is that after going through proper channel & to everyone I did not get any solution & second purpose is that no one should suffer like me how I am suffering now. I would definitely like add to my conclusion that whenever you take briefing of drivers, please make a habit of asking drivers whether they are receiving their payment / salary in time. If I have hurt anyone by words through this letter, then I am sorry please forgive me.

          Sir this has put me to huge hardship as I found it uneasy to meet my financial responsibilities & I am not from a financially strong family, my family runs on my monthly payment and if at all the payment comes from Midtown Travel Studio it doesn’t solve my purpose because on 11 of April 2024 we Muslims are celebrating our Eid-Ul Fitr and I am not ready for celebration because we have to make lots of preparation in advance and I & my family are not ready celebration because I am out of funds, it is my faith.

            I have gold plus membership and IVF treatment is covered in my insurance plan. Despite submitting all the documents, I only see procrastination from the Medi assist asking me to give the report in different formats and collating into different PDFs etc. I have provided the consolidated bills, individual numbered bills will hospital seal and discharge summary and case summary. Still my reimbursement is not done and it is very frustrating that I am asked for the same documents again and again.

              I had worked in the company for more than 11 and a half years. For a major part of my career in TCS that is from Sep 2014- Feb 2024, that is for more than 9 years I had worked in the Sustainability OR the Environmental Sustainability, Health and Safety domain/department. However, in the Service Certificate issued to me the department is falsely written as "Computer consultancy" (something that I have never done).

              I had raised tickets in the TCS Alumni portal for the correction of the same. However, I had got responses stating that it is what is reflecting in the system and cannot be changed.

              It is very strange and unfortunate to know that the company was not aware of what I had been doing in the company all this time- a female employee who has worked for more than 11.5 years.

              Currently I am in a small career break due to personal reasons. This false Service Certificate will affect my future job prospects. I am struggling to get the correct Service Certificate issued to me.

              Request TCS to not to destroy the future of its ex-employees especially women ex-employees with such unethical practices.

              This consumer complaints site doesn't look genuine. It doesn't have an address/phone number in its website. I had written to them through their contact us portal that I had written this post out of frustration and did not intent to post it. I would like to wait for sometime before posting it. There was no option to delete it myself so I had requested them to delete it. I had also requested them to delete my account here as I do not see any option to delete it. However, contrary to my request they had forwarded my post to TCS. If consumer complaints site is not deleting my posts and my account, I will be forced to log a complaint against them in the Indian Government's consumer complaint portal. Thanks.

                      I gave an interview in June and after following up with Archana Thakkar archana.[protected]@tcs.com. employee I'd-878160, who asked for all the evaluation, confirmation and documents including PF account screenshot and Pan card details, bank details. All my personal details. She is not responding my emails, calls, msgs. As well as other HR members. surbhi.[protected]@tcs.com, alam.[protected]@tcs.com, aditi.[protected]@tcs.com, Avani.[protected]@tcs.com, akshata.[protected]@tcs.com, balachandran.[protected]@tcs.com all were involve in the evaluation of candidature and documents, congratulations email from tcs. Including manager who evaluated me don't remember his name. Now they are not responding since June follow up. I kept asking for the status. Making us fool by giving fake job opportunity or I don't know what's happening with HR. Now my details are submitted to the portal and other companies not accepting my candidature due to pan bank details has been submitted to tcs portal. Tcs not telling me the status of my application.                         Dear TCS Team,

                        I have registered a property in Tirupattur(Vellore District) in 2017 in Tirupattur Sub-Registrar Office. I have purchased the property by availing home loan with DHFL and repaid in full in 2021. I am trying to cancel the MODT with Sub-registrar Tirupattur from then onwards, but the bank unable to submit the cancellation request since the MODT Document was migrated to online portal wrongly as Sale Deed which is not allowing to cancel the MODT. I have tried multiple times with Index Correction and the Document Type is not getting changed although tried through multiple levels(SR/IGR). Kindly help on how to resolve this and get my MODT cancelled.
