Im have to withdraw PF from TCS and have raised request in portal for the same. The request was rejected with reason "upload "clear PF form", but there is no provision to re-upload the scanned doc. The request is not sent back to upload the document again.
I raised ticket with helpdesk and got typical BOT response. They updated the ticket stating we have taken your request during exit itself and will process the same in 30-40 Working days. This should have happened 6 months back if TCS was so proactive.
The PF withdraw request in TCS Alumni portal is still in rejected state. I have reopened the ticket, but as usual still unattended.
What/How to proceed as there is no other way to connect with these BOT people.
