Tata Consultancy Services — Regarding FFS, service letter and experience letter

Hello,

I have resigned tcs on may 17 2021. I didn't get my FFS, experience letter and service letter yet its been 44 days. I need to submit these documents with my current employer. I am trying to connect with separation officer (Nischala pulijala) but she is not responding to my mails, calls etc. Could you please update me with the status of FFS, experience letter and service letter.
