Tata Consultancy Services — Regarding unable to login to TCS Alumni portal for PF withdrawal

My LWD was 20th MAR 2026, i have registered in TCS Alumni portal but when i need to apply for PF withdrawal process i'am unable to login to portal. I am getting user not registered as error. Also forgot password has shown me wrong secret question which i didn't opt.
I have registered this issue in tcs alumni portal but there is no sign of acknowledgment sent to my email or any such regarding status of it.
