TCS Alumni Portal page was not loading since many days.
Now that page is loading, Help Desk Menu is missing from the menu items ( only My Documents and FAQs menus are displayed).
I had raised a ticket in Help Desk on 18 July 2022 and is waiting for 9 days for a reply from them.
As Help Desk Menu item itself is missing, I am unable to get a resolution to my ticket.
