Hi Team, TCS alumini portal is not loading at all .I require Form 16 document to submit Income Tax Returns in this year and the deadline is approaching i.e. 31st July'22.I have been sending mails to Hyd seperation cell DL and other person in Escalation matrix.But I haven't received any response from any one . It is urgent to to receive Form 16 before deadline otherwise I would end up paying penalty unnecessarily. Please help me to get my Form 16 to file returns in time Was this information helpful? Hi Team,

I am facing the same issue from past 2-3 days . Due to this unable to download form 16.
I am very grateful of you, if you fix the issue ASAP or provide some work around to download form 16 before last day -31st July 2022

This is truly unprofessional behaviour on their part. I have been trying to get the form since last 7 days.
Atleast provide some workaround or let us know what to do in such scenario. Stuck in same situation.
Moreover, all the customer care numbers listed here are not working, tried every single one of them, such a mess!

They have changed the downtime again to Wed, 27 Jul 2022 23:00 HRS.

I dropped an email to my Separation Admin requesting for form 16 via email and she sent it to me. You can also try the same way.

I am stuck in similar situation and the portal is under maintanence for long time, multiple days. Not sure what is the maintanence happening around.

Please resolve ASAP.

It is still not working. Now they have changed the date when the website will be up as Jul 27 2022. For the past 1 week they are keeping on updating this date to the next day.

I'm also facing the same issue. I request TCS to take this on high priority and to look into it seriously. I know we could have also done it earlier but I request concerned to look into it and help us. Really it will help many number of people like me.
