Tata Consultancy Services — TCS Alumni Portal - not responding to tickets

My name is Kaveri Biswas. I am an ex-employee of TCS. I have logged a ticket (738248) to get my documents such as Payslip and Form 16 as it is not present in my account. I need these documents on an urgent basis but the ticket has been responded to yet. When you log a ticket it says that within 3 working days we will get a response but haven't heard from them yet. I have sent emails to Corporate FFS but no response from them and there is no contact number given as well. Please help.
