[Resolved] Tata Consultancy Services — ticket(426206) raised in alumini portal but no updates

Hi,
I resigned from tcs on Aug 16th, i have received my TCS FFS mail and settlement has been credited to my account. But i could see that they have deducted some adhoc loan amount which i have already paid to TCS. Kindly assign the ticket(426206) to someone and please do the needful. It has been 1 week since i did not get any updates. It's been pending for quite long now.

It is resolved, Thank you TCS. But you have to give some important to tickets raised in Alumini portal. It is taking too long to get resolved and some times it irritates the users.
Tata Consultancy Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even though i did not opt for passport cover, i was forced to purchase it. Person at counter A forced me to purchase stating that i enabled it while filling the application, but infact i have not selected while filling application form.
