Sub: Non processing of 10 Online payments made to the the TN registration Department

We had made 10 online payments totalling to Rs. 4, 30, 880 on the 13th jan night and 14th jan morning favouring the registration department for registration of 10 sale deeds to be registered today the 19th Jan at the SRO Peelamedu, coimbatore as detailed below:

However we could not complete the registration since the payments were not processed. All the aforesaid 10 online payments have been debited to our aforesaid current account with our aforesaid bank IOB and we have also been advised by our branch that all the payments have been credited to the Nungambakkam branch of IOB account of the TN registration department. However the tnreginet website which checked for the payment status still reflects as “reverify the transaction status” . We have tried reverifying the transaction status using 4 browsers viz., Internet explorer, Chrome, firefox and Opera but all were in vain. When the reverification is done we either get an error message or the screen become blank as per the screenshots attached.

We re herewith attaching the relevan screen shots of the the following:
1. TN reginet website for payment status
2. TN reginet website for after reverifying the transaction status
3. Tax and duty remitted status for payments made as per our internet banking login.
4. The 10 Challans generated from the IOB website for the transfers done

Hence we request you to kindly check and ensure all the payments are processed at your end at the earliest so that we can complete the registration formalities atleast on the 22nd Jan 2021. A quick and prompt action from your end would be very much appreciated.
