Tata Consultancy Services — Unable to initiate PF withdrawal

Hi I have worked in TCS for a period of 9 years Emp Id:670533. As my spouse is working in abroad I have to resign and move. My last date was 30th Mar 2022. I have provided my dependent visa copy mentioning the reason as permanent migration from india. It was rejected by the corporate mentioning that only work permit should be provided if it is Permanent migration from India. Later on they have asked me to raise under the category o[censored]nemployment for more than 2 months. I have tried to initiate the withdrawal process but unemployment for more than 2 months is not provided in the dropdown. I have raised several tickets to TCS helpdesk team. Every time they come back and say it is resolved and the option is available. It was not resolved. I am really tired of raising multiple tickets to the helpdesk. I was unemployed from past 3 months and in need of pf withdrwal. Kindly address my concern.
