Greetings of the day!
Well not sure where to start with my family experience at you Croma outlet in North Goa team?
My family have visited to buy the AC unit,
They have selected brand godrej 1.5 tone, saying that the sales agent yes, yes we have. They they said we have to pay for the bracket, so my son call me and info,
I spoke to sale person over the phone conversation, was only saying we dont provide, even i ask him with examples... he kept on repeating, i ask to speak with branch manger, or operation manager..
Then he said wait and given to another person...
He said yes sir... i ask him have the agent brief you, , or i have to again repeat same..then he place me on hold and ask the other person,
Again the agent started to say, No sir we dont provide the bracket...
Then i ask him, may i know your name, he said Mr. Samuel, , fine i ask him that if i buy TV i do get small stand, yes 8f i want to place TV on wall i have to buy bracket for TV its my comfort.
Herepeated and said know TV dont give small stand. So i said again of by car, i have the Stepney, is mandatory.
So are you telling me the outdoor unit i have to place it on floor?
He said no, i have to buy, , there you go, its the package necessary for unit.
I told him i dont want to argue pls give me you manager contact number or email.
What an answer, , direct NO..
Then as said it from dealer, l ask for email or contact...again he said No.
That the time i said to him, , i will complaint to customer care at and you will be answering to give your manager email, and company email.
Yes, i do understand with contact number not to be share. That fine email represent the brand and position, not person.
Then he given to Mr. Antony..?
First question i ask him was will give me your manger email, , he sa8d yes sir.
Then i ask him how the team performance was...
Then we spoke of AC unit, and done.
No idea what happened...sale man said no stock????
Ask to take order agent refused, , ??
Then my family saw similar with benefits, for lloyd AC...from the showroom..?
Again not to be surprised, , , this unit pcs display is out if brand and not in stock any more.????
Again spoke with Antony...he said he will look...
They show croma brand AC...unfortunately the warranty was less compare to other brand...2 yrs, 5 yrs 10yrs..
When i get 5 yrs, 5yrs 10yrs in other brand, with little more than why shall i buy Croma.
I ask may you consider the warranty, and ask was no..its other brand promotions we dont.
Then finally again spoke with Mr. Antony... i ask him again this is 4th times im speaking with you, and you said you will look and give, he again opolozies and said will finally look.
That the time i said, your team is not aware of the products, inventories, and lac of training to handle your customers very unprofessional. I said your internal process and SOP or policy...is not the customer right with your set up.
What i mean to say, Do Right Thing at Right Time.
Then again my son call me, , saying we are tired so long.
I said if they dont have then leave no need will see other place.
As they were leaving out, then again they call and said we have unit, in first place which you have look for, without wifi,
They said why you all kept on saying we dont have all this time and wasted so much time.
My second son said, we waited 129 minutes and they did not offer even to seat or water, very bad services dad..? By the way he is just 10 yrs
So main point remain,
What is mandatory to fix AC...
Bracket why must be purchased?
Plus the installation charges?
Spending so long time, , , back and forward??
Due to your unprofessional team waste to time and energy.
Your team dont know of the product inventories...
If no stock then why not place notice.out of stock?
Well very important...Your outlet manger either do not wanted to speak or meet???
Or else he was not in the office, ,
Almost more than 2 hrs he did not even made once his presence?
What made more worst with your outlet manger is i waited two days since purchase and he did not even dama to make curtesy call, so this show how your team acts and performance on customer care.
Im waiting call from your CEO, Mr. AVIJIT MITRA and Ms. Chitra Dutta.
We will be speaking on this hole challenging experience that have took place, was very disappointment and frustration overall.
