[Resolved] Tata Docomo — 158 rs deducted from main balance | |||||
158 rs was deducted from my main balance.When i spoke to the customer care executive, he said i had used extra internet.But i still have 2.83mb left in my data pack. so why did this happen? i want refund as u cant charge from my main account untill my data balance becomes 0. i have been a tatadocomo customer from past 5 years and would like to continue but wat happend with me now is completely unacceptable.when i have some data in my account, why would u deduct 158 rs from main balance?
