[Resolved] Tata Docomo — 2G Data connection | |||
I have recharged my mobile [protected] with Rs.149/- through Tata Docomo website on 24th July. In their website they stated that they will give 2.5GB 2G Data for 30 days. But they provided only 2GB for 28 days. Okay I convinced when verified with other operators tariff. But Tata Docomo is cheated me cruelly. Because only on 24th I was able to connect to the net from my area i.e.e kothagudem Main Hospital area. and 2 hours on 25th July. then the problem was started. It is not at all connecting from any mobile or data modem. every time I am calling the customer care, they are charging 0.50ps for every call and repeating same words " PLEASE WAIT 4 HOURS. AND THEN SWITCH OFF YOUR MOBILE AND SWITCH IT ON BACK. IT WILL BE CONNECTED". It is a false answer and it is not at all connecting. please take a necessary action and ask them to provide data or money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
