[Resolved] Tata Docomo — 2g speed for 3g plan (purposely slowing down internet speed) | |||
Hi, Myself Ashirwad Halgekar subscribed to Mobile number [protected] of Tata Docomo network, I have recharged of Rs. 249 plan of 1gb per day for 28 days. The net was working well for past 15 days. But since last night i.e. is 9-aug-2017 from 00:15 am the 3g speed is too slow it's between 6ks/s to 13kb/s when I complained it to the customer executive she asked me to clear cache and reset the phone, and save the 3g net settings again, I have followed all her instructions but still the net is too slow so wrote an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com complaining about the same, they took all the details about access point name, handset model, address, pincode, and are saying the issue will be resolved, Couple of hours later their customer care executive calls and says to change the network mode to wcdma, did the same but still I get 2g speed and the unused data will not be carry forward for the next day, after that there was no response from Docomo team, due slow network I haven't consumed the outstanding data of 764mb . This issue was happening everyday after 11pm they were slowing down the network to 2g speed and the unused data was expired, now they are did it for whole day. This cause a loss of remaining data balance on daily basis. The issue hasn't been resolved yet, Hence I request the Tata Docomo to credit my outstanding data of 764mb for the next day which is being unused due to slow network and solve the network issue. Verified Support Aug 20, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that, your appeal regarding Internet connectivity has been accepted with the unique docket no. is PE08862213 and is expected to be resolved by 21-SEP-2017. Please note that this is the maximum time limit for resolution as per TRAI and we will put our best foot forward to resolve the issue to your satisfaction in the least possible time.
