Tata Docomo — 3G data pack issue | |||
I have been using the tata docomo number : [protected] for almost 2 years. For the past couple of months i have been doing 3G recharge for 153 which gives 1.5 GB 3G data with validity of 30 days. starting last week the summary after calls started showing a message which says the unused data will get added to the next recharge if done before expiry of the existing pack. As i had around 700 MB of free data and just one day validity left i opted for a stretch pack of Rs 156 which gives 500 MB 3G data and 60 days validity . Ideally my data balance should be around 1.2 GB but to my surprise when i checked the 700 MB unused data didnt get added up. called up the customer care and they informed that it should have been the case and it will get resolved within 4 hours ; 72 hours passed by and still no resolution. I am not able to reach out to customer care executives; everytime it says the agent is busy serving other customers; whereas at the same time when i try from some other docomo number the call is getting thru .
