Tata Docomo — 3G data recharge.

Dear Team, Ref : docket number PBR12330776 Because of the problems in TataDocomo's process I am getting suffered. As per Tatadocomo's process, two successive recharges of 3G and 2g data, one of the data plan gets lapsed. Why not both gets added separately as 2G "x" GB data balance and 3G "Y" data balance. If at all one gets lapsed, why not the lesser size and slower data gets lapsed. Also if oneself recharges from a retailer, there are no instructions displayed on his(retailer's) handset like whether he is recharging data or talk time. If such is a process why it is not giving a warning message giving details as "Recharge of 2G data will lapse 3G data" at least while recharging. Its the amount automatically decides whether it should get credited as data or talk time. Ultimately just because of the lapses in process, I am getting suffered. There are lot of flaws and tricks these telecom companies are using to catch the innocent customers. Please look into this. Regards [protected] Nazir

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. In this regards, we would like to inform you that your complaint with reference number PBR12330776 has been closed stating your previous data has been lapsed and the same is not refundable. Kindly note that, 2G recharge with 2G pack existing data pool balance will get accumulate and in case of 3G pack recharge existing 2G pack benefits will get lapsed. However, for 3G recharge with 3g pack will get accumulate and 2G pack recharge will get lapsed.

I read all your replies, and I am asking repetitively that under what rule you are doing so.
Its very easy to you to write so.
Because of your issues why I shall loose my money.
I have paid and recharged. If it is getting lapsed without use why you shall not credit it to my account.
Pl explain with justifications. Also attach any government approved letter for doing so.


And if at all it is so, as i already mentioned in my previous complaints, you should provide alerts while recharging.
There are lots of querries in my previous complaints please reply to those.
