[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — 3g pack not activated after successful transaction

Hello Respected Person, I'm deepa customer of Tata Docomo Telecom Services. On 29 april 15 I have recharged 3G Data Pack worth RS.454/- out of which transaction successfulfor that reason I have raised Complaint 3G Data Pack 454 0 404.06 12.36 This pack is still not activated on phone. But transaction was successful and amount deductd from ING Vysa Bank. I want to my amount as well as compensation. Every time I'm facing this problem. So please take serious actions against Tata Docomo Telecom Services and provide me Compensation Amount. Dear Customer,

We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern regarding recharge failure for your Tata Docomo connection number . However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not responded.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that in case of failure transactions the debited amount will be credited back to your bank account with in 5 to 7 working days. Further, we request you to check with the relevant bank in this regards and in case of delay revert with the bank statement from the recharge date to today which will assist us in doing the needful.
