Hi, I have a Tata Photon wifi device with me. while purchasing they had promised me minumum 7.2 mbps. But now sometimes i am getting 2kb speed. But the worst part, i called their customer care, and they tell me to do online speed test, there i got 2 mbps, and then the Customer care executive is telling, sir be happy you are getting that speed. I mean if they cannot give the guaranteed speed, why tell that while selling. Thanks and Regards jitendar
