This is with reference to your complaint regarding balance depletion concern for your Tata Docomo number [protected]. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We tried to speak to you personally on your number: [protected]. However, the same was not possible as the call was disconnected from your end.
We would like to inform you that, as per our records you have been charged an amount of Rs.12/- on dated[protected] at 12:35PM for out going call (54321) done on your number. However, the number which you have dialed is not a toll free number, hence you have been charged correctly as 12p/sec.
However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.12/- has been credited to your account vide docket number ABAL[protected].
