[Resolved] Tata Docomo — access money taken for sim card change | |||
My name is amit d nagpure m using tata docomo number [protected]. Two days back i went to the nearest tata docomo store which is pragati enterprises shop no 6, near regimental theatre, nashik road nashik for changing my simcard as i needed as micro sim for my new phone. The concern person at shop didnt tell me the charges for sim change before hand. After changing of sim they charges me rs 100/- which i felt is way too much. Also they didnt give me any sort of bill saying they dont provide any bill of sim change. They were also quite rude while answering these questions. Please look into this matter, i m certainly thinking of switching my network just because of this staff and behavior. Thank you looking forward to your action rather than reply.
