Dear Sir, Please refer to my filed requests no.[protected] in Sep-14 &[protected] in Jan-15 and emailed reply dated 22.3.15 to email of Mr.Dinesh K.Verma to me on 21.3.15 regarding overdues. Inspite of having filed application for closure (service request no..[protected] or conversion due to negligible usage lately, and having paid full and final payment of my dues in Sep-14 (Rs.1539/-) paid twice on being misinformed by executive at Shastri Market Kanpur, thus creating a credit balance of 3000/- approx in Sep-14, I was being continuosly billed till Jan-15. I again filed a request no.[protected] in Jan-15 and submitted the same again at Shastri Market Kanpur. This time the executives offered to convert the post paid plan to prepaid and give waiver of old dues due to non usage. I was told that the undue billing amount will be waived and the excess paid by me in Sep-14 creating a credit balance of 3000/- approx would be refunded by cheque which will be delivered at my home address later. This time also nothing happened and billing continued . Many times I have told the problem to your executives who have even verified the requests and assured me of action, but nothing happened. Every time my service requests, were prompltly replied to by SMS and email that they are now resolved. But billing continued unabated. On 21.3.15 I was contacted by Mr.Dinesh K.Verma (Tata docomo official) on 21.3.15 by mail, I replied and explained the above to him also and expected that things would be resolved but to no avail. Today again I am being called by a lawyer from LKO informing me that due to overdues TATA DOCOMO is filing a suit against me and if I pay the dues again I can avoid the legal action. I am very disappointed with the response by the company till now, and it seems there is no connection between your greivance/service cell and billing department. I have no faith in the company even if I again think of paying off the unlawful dues being wrongly debited to me as I am sure nothing will happen. As a last recourse I request you to please check as to why both service requests no.[protected] in Sep-14 &[protected] in Jan-15 as well as my reply to Mr.Dinesh K.Verma have not been attended to and why my problem is not being resolved.
