I received message from tata docomo that Chulbuli Chat is activated at Rs30 for 30 days. Dial 5330011 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that, CHULBULI_CHAT service was activated by you on[protected] through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.30/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated CHULBULI_CHAT Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.30/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number PSG[protected] soon.
