As per the discussion over the call, you have confirmed that your balance has been refunded on 14-7-15. Hence, with your confirmation we are closing the concern as resolved. Further, your MNP(Mobile number portability) request is already been registered with reference number PMRS[protected] and the UPC(Unique port code) for the same is TX331511. Kindly note that the UPC code will be valid till 26-JUL-2015. This is to inform you that after submission of your documents and the UPC code at the recipient operator, we will be receiving a response from recipient operator, after that your MNP request will be processed. However, I request you to contact the desired network service provider to process the MNP request for PORT OUT.
