[Resolved] Tata Docomo — activation of replacement sim

Hi my name is Venkatesh my mobile tata indicom number is [protected] and
alternate number is [protected].The sim is in the name of Venkatesh Sama and
the sim number is A[protected].I have taken a replacement sim on
07/10/2017 and till now sim is not activated .When i am visiting the
retailer where i can get the sim i am unable to get help from them.When i
called to customer care they said that the sim will be activated on or
before 29/10/2017.Till now the sim is not activated.When i called to
customer care today i didn't get proper response about the issue.Please
take a note about the issue and resolve asap.Please update the status
asap.Thanks in advance.
