Tata Docomo — activation of replacement sim issued on 23 feb, 2019 | |||
I applied for replacement sim for my number [protected] at pune and the person told me that it will be activated by 5 pm.in the evening it said sim registration failed. On calling docomo customer support number they asked me to recharge rs. 35.00 since balance was less. I did that and still it says registration failed. I have restarted my phone a number of times. I have been calling help for help, but they are asking to call 59059 from sim. When sim is not activated, how to call and verify is the question. Please help. My number is [protected]. My sim card when inserted shows sim card registartion failed. Please check the current status and let me know the process how should i reactivate the same.
