[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — activation o[censored]nnecessary scheme and deduction of rs 90

Respected sir The company tatadocomo activated the one scheme unnecessarly on my no [protected] and deducted rs. 90 on 24th dec 2014. I made call to customer care on 25th dec and operator accepted the fault and told me he deactivated the scheme and amount of rs 90 will be credited to my account in 24hr, but money is not credited yet. so I today again made a call and operator receive the call and disconnected it. Now they block my no because of that I can't make a call to customer care of company. So please help in the concern matter your sincerely G.R. Nalinde mob no [protected]

We would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs.90/- has been deducted from your main balance is due to the activation of a VAS service (ZartNiti) on your number.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs.100/- has been credited on your Tata Docomo number with the docket numbers: ABAL[protected], ABAL[protected] and further note that the VAS service on your number has been deactivated as per your request.
Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.
You can obtain any information related to your account (EX: Recharge information, Data usage and complaints registered) by dialing to *191#.
