Hello, The docomo customer number is [protected] and not [protected] My mother is a tata docomo customer with number -[protected], She is a old lady, senior citizen and see cannot see the validity of data pack As the data pack of more than 3gb data is removed on 20th though i recharged with validity of data pack for again 1 month I request to return back the more or less 3gb data deducted from my mom's account deducted without prior information and no courtesy Please refund into the account of number [protected] the data pack.
