Tata Docomo — additional billing after connection is disconnected | |||
Im using an tata docomo wifi stick as i live in delhi and there was no tata docomo networks here . From 2 months my device is unused. I requested cutomer care to resolve my problem as they didnt closed my connection. But now this time my estick is closed and after also my bill is coming without any usage and they are not closing my account and now they are telling if your device will closed for 10months then also you should pay for 10months without any usage so please resolve my problem and cut my bill plz My number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
