[Resolved] Tata Docomo — after 3yrs of cancellation receiving e-statements from jun 2017 | |||
Please would like to escalate my problem to your concern since i did not receive any proper response for my queries raised either from customer care or [protected]@tata. I used to hold tata docomo post paid connection bearing acc no:[protected]; tata docomo number [protected] which was cancelled 3 yrs back by my request. After 3 yrs i received e bill statement sent to my email id dated jun2017 asking me to pay rs.207 despite i never made any incoming or outgoing calls from the connection from last 3 yrs and the same can be verified from ur side. (Infact i'm not even holding the desk phone with me) immediately i brought this to your department notice regarding this last month 13july2017 to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. i received reply stating that my connection was not cancelled and they are asking me for the cancellation request number. No body keeps track of things which happened 3 yrs back, iam not holding the request number. Okay even if assume that connection is not cancelled how come i never received any e-bill statement hardcopy or softcopy from last 3 yrs. And all of sudden from last 2 months you start sending e-bill statement soft copy that to changing the plan from zero rental to rs 180/- without my acceptance or any intervention from me to change the plan. (Im not holding the device in working condition with me) Again this month your department has sent me another e-bill statement dated july2017 asking me to pay rs. 528/- (Adding previous month amount plus late payment charges) now from last 1 month i am receiving calls everyday for the clearance of pending payment. please try to verify from your side you cant see even a single outgoing or incoming calls from/to this number. nobody is listening to my queries they are just asking me to clear the amount. Verified Support Oct 24, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that we have successfully provided the waiver for the amount of Rs.547/- and your Outstanding amount post adjustment is NIL. Also, please note that your Walky connection was already disconnected permanently on 10-AUG-17 and further, you will not receive any bills or payment alerts pertaining to this account.
