Tata Docomo — asking bill payment when I have not used the connection

Hi sir/ madam,
I was planning to shift my house in December and so informed Tata employee to end my connection and also cleared previous bill but they didn't do that now some Rishikaysh bhale is torturing me with calls and legal notice for paying unwanted amount of 1800 . I even replied back with payment receipts but still the mails have not stopped. It's strange to see how a reputed company like Tata can get to such low heights .

Did they get back and is your problem resolved?
If not I think you really need to make a court case against them. Also include names of people who are calling and torturing you.
Let them go to court.
I am facing similar problem and I am going to do the same.
I am sure if more and more complaints go against these tata docomo service, soon they will close down. Let them surfer the loss. They deserve it.
Also claim compensation for mental harassment.
