Tata Docomo — Asking for bill payment after discontinuation of number | |||||
I wanted to discontinue my number [protected] so i went to tata docomo local office and asked them how much do i need to pay finally. I cleared my amount and then they told me you dont need to pay anything else and u will get the security amount via cheque, now these guys are calling me for bill of the month when my phone number was already deactive. This is highly unprofessional as these people first made me wait for the bill date and when the things were soughted out the same day and i didnt use the next bill cycle why should i pay? Also i was informed that my phone number was deactivated so i didnt use my sim card. Kindly take into notice and please help as they are disturbing again and again with calls and messages and are not ready to listen. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am using vivo x5 pro mobile... With Docomo sim...and a flash message in flashing on screen continously with ok and cancel option...there is no use even if call customer service...please tell me how to get rid of it my mobile number is [protected]- Docomo
