[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Automatic activation of LDR service

Hi there, My mobile no is [protected]. Today I got a message from my service provider that I was charged Rs. 28.59 for subscription of LDR for 6 days. I didn't know what the service is for and I haven't activated anything. After getting message i called 155223 and deactivated the service immediately. Please check and ensure that my money is refunded. Thank you

We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.28.59/- has been already credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected].
