Tata Docomo — automatically balance deduction each day | |||
Hi, I'm the customer of Docomo family since long back but from last 1 month I'm facing problem of balance deduction each day. My balance is getting deducted each day by 90 Rs and i have to call customer care each time for refunding my balance. Each time they says that balance get deducted due to VAS service activation and we cannot refund the balance as service got activated from my side after double confirmation (but i'm not getting any confirmation or anything) but after giving threaten to port the no. they refunding my balance . Now this has become daily routine of balance deduction. So my concern is that i can make mistake once or twice for activating the VAS but can't make same mistake for 20-30 times. It clearly seems that Docomo is deducing balance itself for which i need proper solution Note - if Docomo can't provide me the solution permanently then i'm ready to port out to other mobile operator.
