I sagar kanabar. Using your sim card of tata docomo of number +91 [protected]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i am not quipped with the same phone for some span of time. My sim has been deactivated. As my all the information and all my accounts are linked with such number i please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible.     After several complaints, my deposit amount has not been refunded by tata docomo, after they have voluntarily disconnected land lines as per their withdrawal notice. Several attempts were made to contact them and they have always been saying that cheque is posted to our house address, but when asking the courier details, there are no answer to them. I had requested them to transfer to my bank account, but there is no response.

      I didn't use my sim from a long time because i was in jammu and kashmir and the prepaid sim is not working there.
      I have a tata docomo sim has mobile number [protected] o[censored]ttar pradesh state. Now i want to reactivate my sim card again so that i can use which services that i am not using now due to this deactivation sim issue.
      Kindly help me as soon as possible.

        I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

          I’m getting| received call also from mobile no.+[protected] named mr. Anilkumar verma he says calling from tata docomo & asking whether i’m interested in tower installation in my premises. So, people please help me by examining this mr. Anupkumar verma is right source for installation of tata docomo tower internet service, & he also got emailid:- customer. [protected]@tatatel.co.in. &. [protected]@gmail.com. And, also my question is where should i contact for installation of only tata docomo tower for internet service in premises. Are this people are okay to move forward with them to installation of single pole internet tower of tatadocomo...?

              I did complaint many time but they are not resolving my issue.
              They said change SMS center number, after changing still not able to send SMS

                    Hi sir, my tata docomo number has been deactivated last month since i was out of town for 3months. I want to activate it again but couldn't reach to docomo customer care. Also all the docomo offices are closed near me. Please help me to activate it. Let me know the process if this number has to be ported to other service?

                            I have been using number [protected] since last 6 years and suddenly it got deactivated after tata docomo was merged with airtel in tge month of september for which i have complained that without getting any information for its deactivation why the company has deactivated my sim. But since then they have not resolved this issue of mine and they have been saying that ill have to pay rs 300 for activation of this number which is totally unacceptable as i have used this number 1 month ago only.

                            And suddenly it got deactivated without bieng informed.
                            Hence i request you to please ask tge airtel or tata docomo to kindly activate my sim without charging any money

                              I'm having tata docomo sim which is active on airtel network. I tried getting my upc code by sending a message to trai on 1900. But i got no response from 1900. I have treid a number of times but still am unable to get my upc code. My tata docomo number is [protected]. It's important for me to get the upc code as it is also linked with other details and i want to go to other networks. Please help.

                                My name is poushali mukherjee. My mother rikta mukherjee had an old phone number from tata docomo, that is not being used for some months now. The number ([protected]) has been deactivated, as it was not used for a few months. When the sim is put into a phone, no network is being detected.

                                What is the steps i can to reactivate that number?

                                Sir, i have been using TATA DOCOMO sim number: [protected] since 2014 it was running smoothly till 2019, then due to some unknown reasons it stopped working. There is no service centres in Aligarh for tata docomo so I am facing problems as it was registered in all important services all were linked to that number so i it's important for me to reactivate this number.Sir pls respond ASAP.

                                  Next day when i visit there store they said that my sim in not registered in my name.

                                  My mob no. shows error as "sim card registration failed". How can tata docomo deactivate my mobile without sending cautionary sms. I was not making call for a long time but i was getting sms in this no. Everyday. As i was not making calls, my balance was less than rs 20/-.

                                  But how can u deactivate my number without sending an sms (Or email). I[censored] have deactivated, then you must give another chance to retain the number after recharging some amount. How can u totally stop my mobile no. I am using this no. For banking transaction so i can't afford to loose this no.

                                  Your customer care is not connecting. Please call me in my alternate no. [protected].

                                  Tata docomo is requested to give solution for retention of the same number. Please solve the problem on a priority basis, because i need banking transaction immediately.

                                    I had been using the broadband services. I had already raised a request to cancel my account in april 2019. I had requested for an acnkowledgement on email but i was told that the telephonic conversation is recorded and that they can't acknowledge cancellation request.

                                    I had used my connection till april 20th, and i have paid the full amount for that billing cycle. I had called multiple times to follow up on the cancellation but i was told someone will get in touch with me after 24 hrs and no one did.

                                    I had also raised this later, repeatedly, on emails where i was asked to pay the next months bill. I have repeatedly intimated that i want the connection discontinued over phone and email, and since i shifted my address in may, i haven't even used the connection, so i would like to know that if the connection was not used and if the cancellation request was already raised form my side but the customer care agents didn't cancel my account, why am i being charged?
