After several complaints, my deposit amount has not been refunded by tata docomo, after they have voluntarily disconnected land lines as per their withdrawal notice. Several attempts were made to contact them and they have always been saying that cheque is posted to our house address, but when asking the courier details, there are no answer to them. I had requested them to transfer to my bank account, but there is no response.
