I didn't use my sim from a long time because i was in jammu and kashmir and the prepaid sim is not working there.
I have a tata docomo sim has mobile number [protected] o[censored]ttar pradesh state. Now i want to reactivate my sim card again so that i can use which services that i am not using now due to this deactivation sim issue.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network,...

I have been using number [protected] since last 6 years and suddenly it got deactivated after tata docomo was merged with airtel in tge month of september for which i have complained that without getting any information for its deactivation why the company has deactivated my sim. But since then they have not resolved this issue of mine and they have been saying that ill have to pay rs 300 for activation of this number which is totally unacceptable...

Sir, i have been using TATA DOCOMO sim number: [protected] since 2014 it was running smoothly till 2019, then due to some unknown reasons it stopped working. There is no service centres in Aligarh for tata docomo so I am facing problems as it was registered in all important services all were linked to that number so i it's important for me to reactivate this number.Sir pls respond ASAP.

My docomo sim is automatically switched to airtel.
And then i received a call from airtel company to collect 4g sim from my nearest store for better service.
Next day when i visit there store they said that my sim in not registered in my name.
They said some akhilesh name is registered on there data.
From day one i used this sim. Still i have docom sim. Am using this number till date then how can...

My mob no. shows error as "sim card registration failed". How can tata docomo deactivate my mobile without sending cautionary sms. I was not making call for a long time but i was getting sms in this no. Everyday. As i was not making calls, my balance was less than rs 20/-.

But how can u deactivate my number without sending an sms (Or email). I[censored] have deactivated, then you must give another chance to retain the number...

I had been using the broadband services. I had already raised a request to cancel my account in april 2019. I had requested for an acnkowledgement on email but i was told that the telephonic conversation is recorded and that they can't acknowledge cancellation request.

I had used my connection till april 20th, and i have paid the full amount for that billing cycle. I had called multiple times to follow up on the cancellation...

This is prasanna kumar... I informed that my old tata docomo sim card was lost by some reasons. My paytm account has been connected to that sim. My paytm account have some money. If i can withdraw money without old sim card number is not possible.. So please consider my request... And provide new sim card with that number..
