I dipesh laddha. Using your sim card of tata docomo of number +91 [protected]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i am out of station for an year from india. My sim has been deactivated. As my all the information like bank, and all my mail id are linked to it. I please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible.
Please let me know, how to reactivate my sim card
And also suggest nearby service center so that i go to and activate my sim (I am from udaipur, rajasthan)

till now no update from tata docomo
I am tata docomo user since[protected], from last 6 months my tata docomo number was inactive no signals showing. I want to reactivate my number (mob no. [protected]) name of dinesh parita, aadhaar num.[protected]. For this i ready to deposit a certain amount in advance.

    Sir,
    I have lost my mobile phone on sunday 21st september 2019 and sim card in it bearing mobile no.[protected].
    I request you to block the service to this number and sim so as to avoid misuse of it.
    The sim was registered in the name of Dinesh narayan kamble .
    innitially the sim was of Tata docomo and afterwards changed to airtel through portability service.
    Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I lost my DOCoMO sim with the number [protected]. I need a replaceent sim with the same number as this number is linked to all my accounts. Kindly procide me with a solution or a helpline number.I've tried too long for a customer service number to resolve this issue but to no avail

      deactivated my sim

      I am using tata docomo for past four years. Now my sim card is deactivated.

      Someone stolen my fone since is it not when i dial my its says its out of service. Before few months due to no recharge.

      Now i want to reactivate my sim card. Because it have my personal whats'app account

      It also have my bank account number and details

      I have changed my phone and the repeated mcheck is irriating.
      My service provider has been changed to airtel without any former notification, customer support at airtel are unable to help and there is no way of getting in touch with tata docomo over this issue as the call is directly routing to airtel.

      Please have this resolved asap.

          reactivate my docomo number

          My docomo number [protected] is deactivated. Which is linked to many services like Aadhar, bank and etc.
          I want to activate this number but due Tata Docomo not functioning, unable to activate. I approached Airtel ( which is providing services to all Docomo users) stores, they did not access to activate my number. I need help in activate my number to any other company ( Airtel/ Vodafone) as Docomo not functioning

              My docomo number [protected] not working. Sim network not showing. While searching network, it's telling network selection failed, failed try again.. Etc. Solve the problem, i want to use that number.. Earlierit was working well. Due to busy routine i was not able use the sim, as i was on military training.                 Today travels from mundhawa to keahavnagar with hadapser - manjari bus but very bad experience with ticket collector. मी त्यांना केशवनगर च तिकिट मागितलं तर तिकिट दिल्या नंतर ते म्हणाले की चैकात उतरावं लागेल अर्थात मध्ये दोन चौक होते 1 मुंढवा मेन चौक व दुसरा केशवनगर तर मी त्यांना विचारलं की पुढच्या केशवनगर चौकात नाही जाणार का? की गाडीत काही प्रॉब्लेम आहे...तर ते एकदम भडकले आणि ओरडायला लागले. तेव्हा माझी pmpml ला विनंती आहे की त्यांनी कृपया कर्मचारी चा मेडिकल चेकअप करावा नाहीतर पुन्हा एकदा स्वारगेट च्या माने सारखी घटना घडू शकते.

                  My mobile number is [protected]. Mobile containing this number has been lost. Therefore i want this sim to be blocked immediately. But the tata docomo toll-free number [protected] is not working. Moreover the tata docomo website http://tatadocomo.com is also unavailable.

                  Therefore i would like to request you to please instruct the concerned authorities to block my mobile number [protected] immediately.
                  I would also like to request you to please ask the tata docomo management to improve their customer care services.

                    My tata docomo number was deactivated due to non usage. I now want to reactivate the number. Few months ago i had enquired with tata docomo gallery at kandivali white house building, they informed me that the number is not issued to any one. When i told them to reallot the number to me than they informed me that they cant allot the number to me.                       I raised my request for deactivation of my broadband connection in last week of october 2018. I paid all my dues after that. After that i am getting call from tata docomo after almost every two months stating that you need to pay so and so amount. For first time i paid the amount they asked. Somehow i forgot to ask for cancellation no at that time. Next time after two months when they called, i refused to pay as i was not using service from around four months. They asked me for cancellation no which i was not having. Due to this i paid the amount again because they told that otherwise this matter will be get escalated to legal department. This thing happened on 18th may 2019. This time i asked for cancellation no to the tele executive.

                      Yet after that i received another call and bill of 1100 rs on 27th august. I am not gonna pay any single rupee now.

                      I removed the sim and kept it after few day it is showing that this number is invalid so how can I get this number return please help me my all bank account I have linked this number and all my government documents also so please give this number.
                      I haven't been using my TATA docomo number for a while for now. But when i tried calling from it today there wasn't any network and the number is showing invalid when i called from other number. Please help to reactivate the number.

                          Good afternoon sir, i am a defence personal and i met with an accident few months back
                          I gave my vehicle to grover tata motor for further inspection and repairs
                          They took 2-3 weeks only for inspection
                          After that when i pressurised them fo another week then they said that my vehicle will now move towards body shop and for further repairs
                          Then they again gave some excuses of their labour and festival.
                          Still i told them that even if you are taking so much of time you may take more but please repair my car religiously and perfectly.
                          I hope you can understand that this kind of vehicles are brought only once in lifeandthat too when it is on emi

                          They took as much time as they can, they caled me at least 5-6 times and every time their is something left something missing or something is not done properly

                          I got frustrated and told them to give my vehicle asap
                          But in a perfect condition

                          They delivered me my car in which you can not even expect that your dealers are betraying you and are disgraceful on your brand name

                          Following are the problems i have been facing since then and even after my recent service from the same grover motors bareilly

                          Let me add add one more thing that it is the same showroom from where i had bought this car

                          1. My door which was replaced is not of good quality and is not properly fitted and is left with some passage from where air comes
                          2. The quality and perfection of paint is very poor, it is still rough and not smooth
                          3. My complete interior got untidy and even after recent service it is still not in good condition
                          4. After accident my cars alignment/ balancing got disbalanced and even after 4 visit it is still the same
                          5. The foot pannel and door side panel re of local/cheap quality and are not fitted properly
                          6. Since from the beginning my gears are too hard and sometimes gets struck with 1st and 2nd gear, same issue was conveyed to them atleast 5-7 times and every time thy send my vehicle in the same condition and stil the gears are too hard and very uncomfortable.
                          7. After my accident in which right front door was replaced and back door was replaced their is so much of incabin noise and some interior irritating noice is coming

                          These are not all their are many minor problems which i am facing with my car
                          Please try and understand i had bought these car having faith and love for tata motors and invested my hard earned money
                          I may get posted out really soon and will be in new station, then it will become very tough for me to get these things done
                          Please look into the matter and take some action asap
                          And please write back with some solution and justification

                            Dear sir/ma'am,

                            My sim is shown invalid when i insert it in my phone. I am not able to receive important calls and messages. My contacts having this number are not able to contact me. I was using the sim card for a long time after which the sim card services stopped suddenly without any prior notice. I would kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible so that i could get back my number. It is very important. Please do the needful.

After another call the said me to dial this #35*1234# . still no solution, now when i cal them its says customer care executives are busy.and call disconnects. Feeling very irritated due to no solution.
                            My Tata docomo number is deactivated as it is asking for PUK pin that I don't know what is it. I try entering the numbers but after 10 times my phone gets on and my sim is deactivated. Now I am unable to make any call or book cylinder from that number. Now tell me how to reactivate my number.                               I have been using the tata docomo sim for more than 2 years, one month ago the service stopped without any notice.
                              When i called the customer care they said that the number has already ported to some other carrier.
                              I recently got to know that the airtel company has baught tata docomo network and docomo service providers were requesting customers to switch to airtel network from phone settings.
                              I did not receive such call or message, the service of my sim was stopped without any notice!
                              Please do the needful

                                Incoming calls are barred i can
                                Make calls to anyone but they can't call me as it shows my phone is switched off i can't even connect to customer care. Few days i didn't recharge and this problem started now... I recharged today and then i can make calls but cannot receive any important message or call.. I need urgent help and start my incoming calls

                                  Quick Summary of problem:

                                  I was a Docomo Postpaid user and opted to Port from Docomo Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid. Because in Docomo there was no option to convert from Postpaid to Prepaid.
                                  Airtel Prepaid worked for 3 days and then Airtel converted my connection to Postpaid and did not even intimate me.
                                  Finally, with Airtel Postpaid Bill, I got Docomo outstanding Bill of Rs. 5533 which was not communicated to me anytime and Docomo / Airtel have no idea for which service this is billed but as per them I should clear my dues!!!

                                  Details:

                                  Jul 10: Got DOCOMO Bill, total outstanding amount upto Jul 10 was Rs. 103, I already paid Rs. 150 on Jul 9th, which somehow was not reflecting in Bill, so I did not pay again for this Bill of Rs. 103. I have Bills and all Payment confirmations.
                                  Jul 13: Docomo SIM got deactivated because of Port request from Docomo to Airtel Prepaid
                                  Jul 14: Airtel Prepaid plan started, paid Rs. 495 for 84 days validity. I have SMS for same.
                                  Jul 15: Airtel Prepaid plan continued, I checked the details in Airtel App
                                  Jul 16: Airtel Prepaid plan continued, I checked the details in Airtel App
                                  Jul 17:
                                  My SIM Internet got stopped; When I checked Airtel app (using WiFi), it was showing as Airtel Postpaid. When I called
                                  Airtel customer care they told me that there was request for converting this number from prepaid to postpaid. Though, I tried to convince them (for 2-3 days in multiple calls and call backs) as I have not requested for Postpaid, they said they cannot find from where request has been received but It cannot be converted back to Prepaid at least for one month after a Billing cycle is completed. I need to pay Postpaid Bill for at least a month.
                                  I had no option but to wait. My mobile internet (postpaid) was also not working in this period. And internet from Prepaid plan was also stopped as I was no more a Prepaid user.

                                  Jul 18:
                                  I was travelling (by car) from Pune to Mumbai by road and when I needed Mobile internet most for using Google Maps, my internet was not working. Around evening, my internet started for Postpaid plan

                                  Somewhere in Jul, Docomo was aquired by Airtel. If I have known this earlier, I might not port from Docomo to Airtel.

                                  Aug 13:
                                  I received Bill from Airtel Postpaid for total amount Rs. 5828.91.
                                  When checking, there was TATA Docomo previous balance of Rs. 5533 for which no details are provided
                                  I visited Airtel Store in Kalyani Nagar for this extra Billing charge, they said they have no information as its from Docomo (but Docomo is now Airtel). And I should pay as this is from Docomo and it was not paid by me.
                                  If I need details of Rs. 5533, then I should visit any Docomo store for details information.
                                  I visited 2 Docomo stores in Pune but both stored / shops were closed. They told me (over phone) that Docomo is now acquired by Airtel and so they do not have any Docomo business now.
                                  I tried to connect Docomo Customer Care but those number do not work anymore.
                                  I tried to access Docomo web portals for support, but they are being redirected to Airtel web portal

                                  I contacted Airtel customer care on phone multiple times, but they say that I should pay Rs. 5533 as its from Docomo and it was not paid by me. As per them, they have no detailed information about Rs. 5533 and also still they do not know why my connection was converted from Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid.
                                  As per Airtel, my connection can be converted from Postpaid to Prepaid only after I pay this Total Bill.They cannot help in providing details of Rs. 5533.
                                  I got one working customer care email ([protected]@tatadocomo.com) of Docomo. I shared the complete experience to them. At least they replied. But reply was that as number is ported now, we do not have any details available and I have to pay Rs. 5533 outstanding bill.
                                  Below questions are not answered by anyone.
                                  1. How Docomo does not have records once number is Ported? They can tell Airtel that please charge Rs. 5533 for this number but they do not have details about why to charge this huge amount from a user having Rs. 299 plan?
                                  2. How can Docmo allow to port if Rs. 5533 is outstanding?
                                  3. Why Docomo has not send any email / communication to me that while Porting that Rs. 5533 was outstanding?
                                  4. If my Docomo Postpaid plan is for unlimited calls and unlimited internet (internet speed decreases after total cap, and bill amount does not increase), AND Billing amount upto Jul 10th in Rs. 103 THAN how for Jul 11th and Jul 12th, Billing becomes Rs. 5533?
                                  5. If Airtel is taking Port request and asking me to clear Bill of Docomo, why Airtel is not updating me early that still Rs. 5533 is pending?
                                  6. If Airtel has acquired Docomo, why it’s so difficult to get detailed break-up of Billing amount Rs. 5533?
                                  7. In my Bill, Credit Limit for my number is Rs. 1300 than how can my Bill shoots to Rs. 5533, and still, I have not intimated?
                                  8. If Airtel is converting a user from Airetl Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid, why not they call and confirm with user? Or at least intimate by SMS that, “ok, Welcome to Airtel Postpaid”? Why user has to find out “Oh! Somehow I’m a Postpaid user” Again!!

                                  Aug 27: 
                                  Multiple emails and communications done but still Docomo and Airtel have not provided why they charged me Rs. 5533. But they are asking me to pay otherwise they will Stop services for my mobile number. My last 14 months total Bill less than 3 days Bill of Rs. 5533

                                  This is totally wrong and unfair. This amount of Rs. 5533 should be waived off.

                                  I have all Bills and Payment receipts but I'm not attaching it here as that will be visible to all. I can share with respective team as and when needed.
