proactive sim command error; wow dive in error

Hi,

I am getting an error pop up from so many days.
It says WOW-dive in error. when I open message, it say Proactive SIM command error. I tried to connect with customer care from mobile number but trust me it never helped me to connect with customer care. it is TATA DOCOMO sim card.
Let me know why this error message is popups. and how you will help me to resolve this. I have attached incident photo as well....

Respected sir.
I am using this mobile number [protected] since last 6 years and it has been registered with my all account, gas and important account links.
Due to my mother suffering in tb so i was unable to recharge the mobile last 3 months.

Now i am finding that my mobile numbers [protected], [protected] has failed the registration.
Pl. Do the needfull to reactivate my mobile number

    My tata docomo sim card number got deactivated and no incoming or outgoing calls and sms service sare working. Please activate my number [protected].
    It is causing so much problem because it is the number i am using everywhere and i want it to get activated as soon as possible.

      I haven’t come across any customer care [censored]ier than this. I am pretty sure no service provider will set up a make do customer care like yours did. I wonder whether any legal action has ever been initiated against you all for duping your customers to such an extent. What a shame!
      Get in touch with me at the earliest if you want to avoid any legal action. Sick of this company and the almost non-existent service it provides.

        I had booked a flat in aparna in 2014 and paid 50% amount of flat. Aparna secures to handover the flat by jun 2017 however till now there's no sign of any construction for mine flat. We had asked the builder to return the money as there's no construction however he didn't return back any amount until now. Therefore we've got stuffed a case in state consumer court and won the case however aparna isn't obeying the court judgment and not paying the amount back. Still, they're dragging it by their lawyers. People are terribly unhappy as they need to be spent their very hard-earned money and until now there's no resolution as govt. Isn't listening and aparna is not obeying court judgment.

        "woow dive-in" phone operation faild please try again with ok and cancel button
        if i click on ok then it is close but after some time it will appear.
        i am now really irritated with this please help me stop this.

          With reference to my tatatelebroadband number[protected] vide account number[protected], i have been using intercom facility for above mentioned landline number & have “ctx-societyctx-zero mnrt” which was activated on dated 25-oct-2013 00:00:00 this was confirmed by them (Attached scrrenshot). This facility is used by everyone in the building society (Kumar primavera) for security reasons; anyone entering the society premises has to dial the apartment occupant before he/she is allowed entry.

          Now suddenly the intercom facility stopped working yesterday (July 13). I sent a written complaint to tata docomo.in response, i get something which reads like "we have verified our records and found there is any intercom connection belongs to your above account.". What does this mean? I do not understand the language. Does it mean i do not have an intercom facility? If it means that, was i under some delusion for the last 6 years that i was talking to strangers over the intercom line? Does it mean that i imagined receiving an email from tata docomo earlier confirming this intercom usage (Attached) which said "as per our telephonic discussion on [protected] dated 25-mar-2019 at 10:55 am, we would like to inform you that you are using intercom facility for above mentioned landline number & currently you are having “ctx-societyctx-zero mnrt” which was activated on dated 25-oct-2013 00:00:00."

          Whatever it means, why is tata docomo ignoring the serious security threat this is posing? Anyone can now enter my apartment without getting checked at the gate? Note that this facility is extended to nearly every apartment in the building society "kumar primavera". Instead of appreciating this problem, the tata docomo representative is choosing to reply to me about what their records say. Firstly it is not clear what the agent is trying to say, and even if it says that i do not have an intercom facility, it is factually incorrect.

          What is going on? I cannot afford to put my family at risk. Please take it up seriously and fix the problem. Fix the intercom line immediately please.

            Hi,
            This is in reference to my Tata docomo mobile number [protected]. I lost the coverage on 11/7/2019 and it hasn't been working since then. I removed the card and reinserted properly still it's the same. So tried to get in touch with the customer care but none of the care number is working also all the tata docomo stores are closed in my area. What should I do?
            Please fix this ASAP

              My sim card with mobile number [protected] shows sim card registration failed notification. Without any notification how can they deactivate my sim.
              As this no is very important to me, I need a solution to get a new one with same mobile number. Tata docomo has been merged with airtel, will airtel provide me a new sim with same mobile number. Please show me some path to resolve this problem.

                    My sim has been deactivated as the validity as expired on 8th of April 2019. I have done a validity recharge of Rs:23 on 6th july 2019 which have not credited even out going calls and incoming calls are still not activated It would be a great help if you let me know how can i reactivate my sim for future usage.

                        From ahmednagar. My tata docomo SIM is not getting any network, tried in different phones. Also unable way to reach customer care via phone and email too.

                          I have recharged my number with Rs.97 plan through my mobile balance. My mobile balance got deducted but It did not get recharged.
                          Also, I have recharged it today so that my leftover data can be added to the upcoming data otherwise it will lapse after sometime.I have called the customer care many times but the same reply I get that your complaint will be resolved within 5 days.What will I do after 4 days when my all 10 gb remaining data will be lapsed. Even there is no proper escalation service. We never get a chance to talk to the senior people .Customer care executives just put us on hold for a long time so that we only have to disconnect the call.

                            Dear all,

                            My tata docomo got de-activated for past 1 week without any prior information. I haven't any msgs, calls & also i have done recharge before 4 days.. But sim was not activated. Also i tried to contact customer care through [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but response is very bad.. I couln't reach customer care number [protected]

                            Kindly re-activate my sim? Or else provide port number to change network to my mail-id.
                            Kindly consider this issue & look into it

                              I need Tata Docomo Nano SIM by exchanging my old Micro SIM, local Tata Docomo stores are not helping out and they are asking me to port my existing SIM to other network so that I can get Nano SIM card . Please suggest what I need to do to get the Nano SIM.

                                Hi, i have been using tata docomo for last many years but in the last few months my network is continuously showing 'on roaming' and also whenever i receive a call it disconnects on its own after some time and the network goes off (No network).. Then the network comes back after 15-20 seconds.
                                This is happening on almost every call now.
                                Resolve both the issues asap!

                                  Tata docomo sim has no network for the past 2 days! I visited the shovajingar brance of pune and the guard informed me that the office has closed and suggested to go the the airtel store at gokul nagar, fc road since the two companies are merging

                                  On reaching there the rep told me that they do not have my number in their database and will be unable to help me.

                                  On calling the number[protected] they are unable to help and if i tell them that the solution provided by them is not working i want to speak to a supervisor, they keep me on hold. I have been on hold for more than 90 minutes before i had to disconnect.

                                  On calling airtel customer care at 121 they tell me to call[protected], in which after following to the ivr prompt to speak to a 1 on 1 rep, the line disconnects. I am at a loss and at my wits end!

                                    Please reactivate my number [protected] associated with my Tata DoCoMo sim card. It is linked to my online accounts and I cannot access them without this number.
                                    I am using it from more than 3 years and I didn't use it for approximately a month. I am sure that there was some positive account balance but not certain if it was more than the minimum balance required for continuation for the sim. They didn't give me any notice before discontinuing it and were rude when I contacted them over their helpline number. Their customer care service (His name is Wasim Saif and I contacted him at 5 July 2019, 4:45 pm when the call was connected to their helpline number ) told me that they cannot even register a complaint for a deactivated number and refused to give me any details regarding the same, he said that it is company policy and there is no way that the phone number can be reactivated, but on searching online I found that we can get the same number from their service center and many people have done that. Please take action on this.

                                      My tata docomo number [protected] has no active rate cutters or packs but still every single day 60 paise is being cut from balance. When i checked with customer care they responded that no such balance is cut. Then where did my balance go all these months. Please check and solve this i don't want to lose my number. I have tried all the ways i know and still can't resolve. Even though when i checked it says no rate cutter is active my calls are at 1 paise per 3 second i.e. when i made a call for one minute call it charged me 20 paise only. I think there is an old rate cutter active but not showing in checking. Please resolve this. I want to use my number again.
