I m using tata docomo since 9 10 years. I bought this in aligarh, up.Since 5 years it is on roaming as I have been shifted to delhi ncr from there.Now I have not receiving any call or message on my number since few months . When I m trying to recharge it on any site. It shows invalid mobile number. Please provide solution what should I do.

Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Recharge 148 unlimited call and 1.5gb net 28days but he given only unlimited call and 3Gb only.
Second problem was networks problem
And third when I call customer care 198 it's say wrong number then I search customers care number from goggle but it not work

    My sim card is not working for around 3 months now, it is showing "sim card unprovisioned" upon starting my handset. Also the customer service number is not reachable and tata docomo service centre being shut down i'm not able to get my sim started again. All my important otps are sent on this number. I've been facing this issue for quite long now. And i want it to be resolved asap.
    Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I want to block my number i.e [protected] please block this number as much you can possible. Ok

    Hi,

    I am not able to get OTPs into this number. Please help. However, I am able to receive and send normal messages.I also have the required minimum balance.
    Please do look into this issue.

      I have been using my tata docomo sim card since past 5-6 years. Suddenly its service has been truncated, with reason that i haven't used it since long. However, i have been using it regularly and did my recharge a month ago. Now, i can't receive or make a call or send sms. My contact number is [protected]. My this number has been linked to many accounts and it's important.

            My Docomo mobile [protected] is not active. But when I call to customer care they tell us that your number is active. Hence, I need further solution for this problem. As I have given this number for all documents. Hence, it is very important to resolve. I bought this sim in 2008 and I was staying in Banglore and I had residential proof of banglore. But now I am in Davangere and got residential documents here. once I enquired in docomo center they told that you should provide the same document proof, which is not possible because i dont have the same proof. So I need the further solution.

                Next month my brother marriage fixed. So i need money. So kindly do the need full on top priority.

                      I am in canada for a leisure visit and wanted to make a paytm transaction which has docomo phone number. But i am not getting any otp message for the same. I have been in call with the customer support and they asked me to activate international roaming, which i did but my problem still exists. I called the customer support and they keep repeating to manually add the network operator but i keep getting the error "cannot connect to the network. Try again later". Please look into this issue as i am unable to make any payments. The complaint id is : [protected]

                        Hello team

                        In my mobile there is a tata docomo sim card: [protected] in which I'm getting "m-check tata docomo processing" message is coming very frequently. I'm facing this issue from 1 month onwards suddenly and not sure what's wrong.
                        I want to stop this message .

                        So please deactivate the same for the no. [protected] and do the needful.

                            I am not receiving messages on my [protected] no.
                            This is a tata docomo card and using since last 10 years.

                            Now i am facing big trouble on this card.

                            Since last 2 week i am facing problem of not receiving of massage.

                            Please guide me what have to do to solve this issue.

                            This is very urgent for me as this is my permanent number and all important massage was receiving on this no

                            So please do needful on priority basis.

                            Why it is showing resolved??? Still it is not resolved
                            Please help me to unlock my SIM with the PUK code. Nobody around me is using a Docomo SIM... Please help asap... It's an emergency
                            Docomo just discontinued their service and didn't transfer my number to Airtel provider. Now i am stuck and sim [protected] not working.

                            Is this the way they behave to costumers when leaving the company.
                            I was out of India but my mobile number [protected] deactivated in the month of Feb 2019. I got to know that it is permanently deactivated. I have visited the Tata Docomo Store, Ratanlal Nagar, Kanpur several times to get it issued to me but till date the number is not released.

                            Please help me in this matter.

                                I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

                                  Since last few days it is showing roaming on my number. If you call from some other number on my number it says "your dialled number might be incorrect".. There's no network problem here and even my phone is also working fine. I have not contacted customer service yet though. I don't know it's happening with my number only or everyone is facing the same in my locality!!

                                      I have been using tata docomo sim card since last 7 years. I am not able to receive any text messages since yesterday. I am able to send messages though. I have already cleared the inbox and outbox from my phone, it is not helping. I am not able to make any online transactions, cannot receive otp. Please help as soon as possible. Do i have to change the message center?
