Hi I am durai pandian from chennai. My number is [protected]. I have changed from Airtel to Tata Docomo through mobile number portability. My sim has been deactivated for the past two days.Reason for deactivation is that they havent received my address proof.Same thing happened three weeks before.They blocked my sim card and ended up calling docomo customer care.They asked me to give the address proof to the nearby docomo store.I produced my address proof to Docomo store in Thoraipakkam,Chennai and they activated my service. They have blocked my number again now saying they havent received my proof even after submitting my proof.I went yesterday[protected] to the docomo store and asked queries regarding my activation.That hothead manager sathish in docomo store,thoraipakkam asked me to throw that sim and buy new one.This is the solution provided for my problem.This is how you treat customer.People working in docomo harass customers mentally.Every time i call customer service,they say your sim would be activated within 24hours.Days gone,still they saying same lie.Dont ever switch to Tata Docomo.Worst customer service.I never felt this kindof harassment while i was using Airtel.I regret changing to Docomo now. Hear me Docomo, You arent Largest Service Provider in India i bet you are the worst service provider in India.Activate my number ASAP Else you gonna lose one good customer.Anywayz i am change to airtel again:))Thankz to MNP.

Hey All, this is Yagnesh Patel working in one of the MNCs in Bangalore.I completely agree that DOCOMO harrasses customers a lot that has no limits at all.I use 3G on my smart phone with a lot of Account Balance.DOCOMO deduct the account balance wheather you subscribe any services or not.Service packs get activated without any awareness and when I call customer care, they will inform me that within 4 hrs. my service will be deactivated.4 hrs. is far away, in 48 hrs. I don't get any confirmation about deactivation of my service.As soon as I wake up, daily I will have one or another issue with my account balance since without any awareness my balance will be deducted. When I switched my network from Airtel to DOCOMO, in the beginning Was getting very good service but time being, now I am an old customer for them so now I am suffering a lot from the service of DOCOMO.Finally I have decided to switch my network again. Hey friends, so far what I have experienced, I have an amazing service providor Reliance since last 5 years.So please freinds, whenever you plan to change the network please reffer the service providor or else you will have to suffer like me.Really, I am fed up with DOCOMO.DOCOMO sucks.

      I Have been using this network since 3years till last month there is no network complaints but last three week i have faced many problems in the network.I have received SMS that i was activated music alerts without my knowledge and they have taken Rs.5 every day and I asked them on Friday to deactivate that and refund the money.They told me that since Saturday and Sunday was not working day we will refund the money on monday.After that they drained the money on Saturday and i have tried more then 100 times to the customercare i have heared every time only that"OUR EMPLOYEES ARE BUSY WITH OTHER CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT [protected]@TATADOCOMO.COM"and then the call will be automatically disconnected.On Monday i have contacted them with another DOCOMO number am told them to deactivate the service and to refund the money back to me.They told me that we have option to only deactivate the service and we have option to refund the money only taken from last 48 hours,i asked to refund the money because the mistake is yours,And finally they have told me that we refund the full money back to me,after that they credited me only Rs.2.After that i contacted them asked about that.They told me that we are connecting you to senior officer please wait for a moment.I have been waited more than 50 minutes no response from that.After two days another service named HEALTH TIPS was 658activated for that i have charged more than Rs.35 for that also I contacted them with another number over more than 10 times every time they told me only that we deactivate the service soon and we will refund the money.For that also i have no response whenever I am topup my mobile they have drained all the money with Rs1.01 balance left.After deactivating the service another service named MAGIC MAKEOVER was activated,the problem is whenever am recharged they themself activated some service to drain the money from me.I asked proper reason for that they told me that to turn off service messages,I checked already it was in off.,till now I have problems.I am very disappointed from this network,This is my number [protected].If they will not contact soon I am going to change the network....

        TATA DOCOMO SIM — network & balance deduction

        i live in varansi and i am using tata docomo sim and i m facing many prolem of network and balance dedution.i have a shope of talecome and my many costmor facing that problem no good network here and balance dedect.

        Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction and Useless Customer Service

        I have a number [protected] wiTh Tata Docomo. And The balance keeps on getting reduced even after i have SMS pack, Internet Pack and Local Calling pack. Recently They deducted Rs73 and when i called Them They kept on hanging up on me or putting me on hold for hours and never answered The phone when i asked for Supervisor. Then i called again and told Them That i want to make a complaint They just refused to take it and Hung up again. Then i called again when i called They took The complaint and told me That i will receive my balance on 17Th Nov by 4:13 PM. Then on The same day i got a call from Them and They told me That it will be refunded and i will receive a call also from Them. But today when i dint get The balance i called Them They said That i will not get The refund and when i asked why They said because its denied. I'm really fed up of This operator. iv never seen such a paThetic service ever. They don't understand anyThibng you say. or They justt don't care once They take The money. I will tell everyone That never use TATA DOCOMO. because They trouble you more Then any oTher operator.

        TATA DOCOMO SIM — deductions of talk time

        i want to complaint against tata docomo for unwanted deductions on my prepaid number [protected]. the reason which they stated me was internet usage and as far as i am concerned i havent even updated my blackberry's browser neither i am subscribed to any blackberry services. the customer care representative didnt bothered to look over my request. i hope that you will try to look into the matter and act accordingly.

        As per our records the deducted amount of Rs. 73/- has been already credited to your account. You can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

              I was doing an online recharge through tatadocomo.com (official) website on[protected]. I have tried to do recharge of Rs. 98 on [protected]. But their page showed transaction not successfull . Then again I tried for 98 Rs. Recharge but it again shows transaction not successfull. Again one more time I tried a recharge of Rs. 69. It also shows transaction failed. But when I checked my balance in my account Rs. 98 + Rs. 98 + Rs. 69 tatal= Rs. 265 was been withdrawn from my account. Then I tried to contact costumer care of tata docomo they said I will get my balance refund within 5 working days. I called them again after few days when I don't got my balance back but they do no responded well and said to wait for about 4-5 hours. But after all those convesations I haven't received my amout refunded. The ATM though the transaction was done was Of Bank of baroda VISA card no. [protected]. Please help.

                Hi Team,

                I was using TATA Docomo number [protected] from quite some time. In Dec 2011, I went to US and did not take any incoming calls though I was using that number for messages/to see missed calls. I did not recharge my number for these days. When I came back from US on July 1st, 2012, my SIM was active and I recharged it with Rs. 555 in starting days of July and used it for some time. Suddenly on July 15th, 2012, my SIM got deactivated. When I checked with Customer care multiple times, I received the reply saying I have not used it for couple of months.
                My question is why are they waiting for me to recharge and start using it so that they can disable it? How can I get my number and money back?

                    Dear Sir, I want to make a complaint against TATA Docomo Officials - Pune Office regarding TATA 3G Dongle Connection (Postpaid) deactivation. I had taken 3G Dongle Internet Connection from TATA Docomo ( Tel No: [protected] / Account ID:[protected]. I had already closed/deatcivated this connection by calling TATA Docomo customer care number and also confirmed the deactivation of it. I had received a call from TATA Docomo Office for final payment of Rs.2560 on 31/12/2011. I had given the payment of Rs.2560 as final payment to collection person Mr.Johnson (He said he is from Global Agency for TATA Docomo) vide Receipt no: 335643. As per him/customer care executive; the connection deactivation letter will be received shortly. However till date I am receiving Calls from TATA Docomo office for bill payments.                       Hello,
                      Iam using a tata docomo number [protected] from past 3 years.Last month i got a message that 30 rs has been deducted from my balance amount for subscribing Devotional portal-ANMOL without any confirmation from my side.I called up customer care and asked them how come some services will be activated by default.They said a simple sorry and they told they can't refund the money back.Then i said atleast deactive all these kind of services and activate "Do not disturb services",i got reply from customer care saying that it takes 7 days of time to do this.
                      Again after 15 days i.e on 23/08/2012 i have received a message saying that "Your subscription to Devotional portal-ANMOL" has been renewed and 30 rs deducted from my balance amount.So totally i lost 60 rs/-.
                      How can they active such kind of services and deduct the amount without customer confirmation.It may lead to a bad impression on the service provide/loosing of customers.Plaese do the needful

                      Hi,

                      My name is Shekargouda U Patil.I am using a tata docomo number [protected] from past 3.5 years.
                      i got a message that 60 Rs has been deducted from my balance
                      amount for subscribing Devotional portal-ANMOL without any confirmation
                      from my side.I called up customer care and asked them how come some
                      services will be activated by default.They said ( SYSTEM SERVER IS DOWN WE DONT ANY DETAILS PLZ TRY AFTER SOME TIME) AND they told simple sorry.
                      THEY TOLD THEY CANT REFUND THE MONEY BACK.Then i said de-active all
                      these kind of services and activate "Do not disturb services", i got
                      reply from customer care says that it takes 7 days of time to do this.

                      They active such kind of services and deduct the amount
                      without customer confirmation. Bad service, Poor network, poor customer response, Against customer need.

                            As per company advertisement of 3G smart life plan of recharge voucher of Rs246.00 and Rs 4.00, I have recharged for Rs 246.00 on 29/08/2012 and want to recharge for Rs 4.00 to get 1GB 3G data but system not allow me to recharge with Rs4.00. System shows an error message during recharge "Sorry,the selected option is not applicable for your number. We have other exciting offers belonging to your region.Browse below and enjoy them."
                            How can company segregate his customer to recharge option. Due to non recharge of Rs 4 voucher within 48 hours of recharge of Rs 246 voucher I can not get 1GB data. Company cheting me like this.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have got a Tata Docomo pre paid connection , for which they charge unauthorizedly by billing subscriptions of Value Added Services to my account without my authorization. On one hand they claim that call charges are transparent but they keep deducting charges of Rs. 1/- a day. This is absolutely not tolerable. It happens almost everyday.

                                on 16 april i was on roaming so called up my friend to recharge my phone with rupees 50 he done the same and the dealer a recieved a confirmation message that recharge has been made but till now my account has not been updated tata docomo customer care cell is telling that the no recharge has been made in my account today but the dealer showed the confirmation mesg to the friend

[protected] and paid 101/- Rs for that and retailer assured that i got full talk time but due to some papere work my no. is not registered than i will re registered my no. with all my id proofs .My is started but the amount is not shown then i talk to retailer he said it will take time for 24hrs but till today it wsa not shown in my account.After that i talk to customer care officer he said that process is slow within 72hrs the balance in mobile is shown.After three days when balance was nil as usaual as before than i make a call again to your officer he said there is no recharge in your account thats why this is nil.
                                Now, Sir you tell me wt should i do, If the money is not paid to this number, than how did it get registered on my name and how is it functioning for the 10 days .So his is very bad experience for me to be a part of Tata Docomo Consumer Its also shame for Your service.I have decided that i don't want to be your Customer for long time.

                                I had just changed my number through mnp from bsnl to tata docomo and it got activated on 31st but when i recharged my no online through freecharge.in for rs 400 as a topup i got a message in mobile recharge successful but the amount was not credited itself and my balance remains the same and the ref no. is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected]..i tried contacting the customer care but there was no proper response

                                meine 23/03/2011 ko apna account check kiya to mera acount ka blance pahale ka hi tha. fir se recharge k liye try kiya to THIS CAR ALREDDY USED ka msg mila.
                                meine 24/03/20011 ko morning me fir se custmar care se bat kiya to pata chala ki yah card used ho chuka hai. yah card moblie number [protected] par recharge ho gya hai. meine is number ke person k bare me puchha to kuchh nhi bataya gya aur phone kat diya.
                                aur mera recharge voucher kisi aur k mobile par rchrg ho gya.
                                voucher card mere pass abhi bhi hai.

                                i recharged tata to tata 10 paise all over india with 24 rupees but it is charged by 30 paise per min, i call to customercare ,He tell him before the is not applicable so plz recharge ones agian,i recharged 2nd time but the call cost is same so i call u ones again customercare he replied we changed the plan before 10 days but company is not inform to any message and call. this is complaint

                                Today I recharged with Rs 129/- with special recharge. In that in the Tatadocomo Site you displayed as 180 days validity. But after recharging you sent a SMS as 120 days. Why this type of deviation..

                                I contacted your Customer support executive, he didnt solve or reply to my qurries he just put off the phone.

                                    I was having a postpaid number on the name of Mr. kavindra agrawal [protected]. On 22nd feb'12 my sim got damaged i filled a request to tata docomo custmer care on 28 feb to close this number with paying all the dues.
                                    but they haven't close it at when i again get a bill for the above number i called them and they say that they have called me and i was convinced to continue this number but the fact is i haven't said it again i filled complain to close number and after so many months i am still receiving the bill and now they say if i want to close the number i have to pay all the outstanding(ie rental charges for these month from feb to aug as i think)


                                    I am very much harassed of their frequent call for payment

                                        I have prepaid sim card of Tata Docomo and my no. is [protected], and services like Buddy Chat, Weight Loss, Mantras, etc. gets activated without my permission and losing my balance each time. Recently I lost Rs. 30 through Weight Loss service and as soon as I recharge my balance again lost Rs. 30 from Buddy Chat. I never ask for this services and they keep coming with this nonsense. Every time I have to deactivate them calling to customer care nos. again and again, but never get reimburse the amount.
