Hi Team,
I was using TATA Docomo number [protected] from quite some time. In Dec 2011, I went to US and did not take any incoming calls though I was using that number for messages/to see missed calls. I did not recharge my number for these days. When I came back from US on July 1st, 2012, my SIM was active and I recharged it with Rs. 555 in starting days of July and used it for some time. Suddenly on July 15th, 2012, my SIM got deactivated. When I checked with Customer care multiple times, I received the reply saying I have not used it for couple of months.
My question is why are they waiting for me to recharge and start using it so that they can disable it? How can I get my number and money back?
