I want to register complain against Tata Photon because of notice issue after 1 year . Issue as below
I haven't intimated about advance rental plan renewal. My advance rental plan starts on 24-dec-2011, but i made closure request on 20-dec-2011., But they are not ready to close the connection and say close connection after paying full 1 yr advance rent even if i have not use same for whole year and i haven't use 1 time also.
I also surrender the device to my company, and get closure for the same. But after 1 yr i get Notice from Photon card that i have to pay advance rental even if in whole 1 yr i have not use single time, why i can pay if i have already intimated them well in advance for closure. and also they do not do monthly exercise like your payment due, etc. via email or phone or home address communication to bring out notice that they have not close so we take care well in advance for closure action
this is very ridiculous behavior from Tata Photon team. Find the below conversation where i have already intimated them.
