Tata docomo wifi max number: [protected]

On 4 dec 2018, i ran out of home internet service, so took out my tata photon max wifi dongle bought in 2015 since was on in urgent fix for internet. Went to tata docmo site and looked up for wifi recharge option. Looked for a rs. 300 plan offering 20gb data with validity upto 30 days. Transaction was successful and got the debit transaction alert as well. Also later got confirmation...

gamepad 49

Have been charged a sum of rs. 49 for a service called "gamepad49" for which i didn't even subscribe to
I received a message saying that i've been charged 49 rupees for the same
Such deduction from my balance is utterly shameful on the part of my service provider and i expect reparations in the form of a refund at the earliest, if they wish to not lose their customer and their brand image...

no service problem

Dear sir/mam,

My tata docomo sim was recently working fine, but suddenly i noticed that it stopped searching any network. It simply displays 'no service'. I have called the customer care also from another number and they say that the number is not blocked and is still working, i just need to change the handset.. But i have already tried it, still it is not catching any network. Please help....

regarding recharge amount, customer support team

I had recharged for ₹14 pack with ₹11+5 sms valid for 28 days on 24/11/2018. For which i got confirmation also

Hi! Recharge successful, mrp rs.14, validity:28 days, 11tt+5 sms-28 days, tranc id: [protected]. Thank you - tata docomo.

I didn't get any balance for calling after recharge.

I reported the literally 5 times issue, to customer support team. There everyone speak in hindi hardly...

my sim card shows sim card registration failed

My sim card shows sim card registration failed... I didn't use my sim card for a few months... When i kept my sim card into my phone it shows ur sim card registration failed... I don't know why my sim card shows like that... What happened to my sim card... I want my sim card back alive... Because it's very important to my bank account.. My bank accounts are linked with my tata docomo number... Please resolve my problem as soon as possible...

outgoing sms not been sent

My tata docomo number[protected] which i have been using for many years has been suddenly disconnected without prior information. I was not using the phone very often and that's why it was not recharged. I am abroad now and that number is the only number which i use to handle my indian account. All the bank passwords and otps, aadhar are linked to that phone number. Now because my phone number disconnected i am locked out of all my accounts...

Trying to disconnect the landline number [protected]. A/c number[protected]. I called on the number [protected] they askin for number or circuit id.
I don't know the circuit id and they are not accepting my number to disconnect. So it goes on loop again enter the number or id.
Number is not working but im paying the bill. Please give me a numbe rto reach out...

not spend any money and my mobile balance is 0

I have same problem and my phone number is [protected] tata docomo

I had put in a phone balance of 7.50 rupees and last 3 days daily messages for duduct a money now it shows 0 balance without me using any. Also receiving this same message "your account does not have sufficient balance to fund this call" this is happening every second.

amount deducted

Amount has been deducted from bank and received confirmation sms from docomo but actually recharge not done...

Once again recharge done, transaction id : [protected], amount :69 rs

invalid deductions

Balance deducted from my account, an unknown service is activated without my notice and it got renewed on 26th nov 2018 automatically.

After calling customer care, they are not giving proper response, on first call person said currently their system is down and he will call back next day, but no one called back, so i called second this time person was very rude and he is putting docomo's problem on my head, that deduction will...

balance deduction

I have been charged for vas services that i didn't subscribe for. Balance of inr 99 has been deducted for chitchat and balance of inr 49 has been deducted for gamepad49. Please help to resolve this issue and refund the amount.

I have stoped the subscription but the balance is not refunded yet. Please look into the matter.

I need the balance urgently. Please help....

Tata docomo changed my plan to gsm 500l+n+1gb @99 3gplan 99.00 with out notice/consent. When i reach them to find out the reason i didnt get any satisfactory answer and they were reluctant to get a complaint recorded.
Extremely unbearable with docomo;

And when i choose to move out of docomo they have been rejecting the port-out request and playing cheap tricks.

sim issues

I'm facing problem with my sim, issue is i cannot send any messages to any other mobile. I have raised complaints many times and did all the trouble shooting steps but still no use. So even i opted to get a new sim but no stores are available in banglore and no one is held responsible for it..
I cannot port sim because the current sim has sms delivery issue...

was not able to recharge my number

I was not able to recharge my number due to some issues, i was having very important calls from that number. and tata docomo service suddenly disconnected my no. with out even communicating i want my no back as soon as possible.i have connected that number to several documents and sites now i am not been able to use this facilities due to this disconnectivity of my number i just want my number back....

Balance was in my said mobile no. Was rs.70/- again i deposited rs.35/-, no outgoing phone calls made from my phone but the balance became nil. Please you return the amount. Kindly check and refund the amount at the earliest. Tata docomo sim i am using for more than 8 years, i have not faced this type problem but last week i have seen repeatedly unnecessarily without phone calls my amount debited.
