I'm old customer of TaTa Docomo. Currently living in nashik city. From yesterday my I'm having some problem with my sim. I'm unable to do any incoming and outgoing call. Unable to send messages. I can't even call customer care to ask my problem.This is my permanent number. And I'm very unsatisfied. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Company haven't warned me once before making any change in sim. Kindly please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    This app called "gamepad49" has deducted rs.49 from my currency even without me subscribing. I have never encouraged such offers that come in my way. Now that i know so many people are suffering from this problem. I'd like to tell tat this game app should be warned not to deduct money without consent of the consumer.. I'd like refund as soon as possible.. Hope u would understand tat this as caused a lot of inconvenience

      Tata docomo wifi max number: [protected]

      On 4 dec 2018, i ran out of home internet service, so took out my tata photon max wifi dongle bought in 2015 since was on in urgent fix for internet. Went to tata docmo site and looked up for wifi recharge option. Looked for a rs. 300 plan offering 20gb data with validity upto 30 days. Transaction was successful and got the debit transaction alert as well. Also later got confirmation from tata docomo that recharge was successful.

      No internet (Area pin 560049) as shows no signal!. Have been desperately trying to figure out a way to get to tata docomo. Tried all possible numbers in an attempt to get to tata docomo customer care [protected], [protected], [protected], wasted several hours in trying to connect to customer care. All in vain.

      I am really fed up, humble request - please help me get the internet service i have recharged for or humbly humbly request to refund of my money!

              I had given a call to the sutomer care center where i was told to change

                Such deduction from my balance is utterly shameful on the part of my service provider and i expect reparations in the form of a refund at the earliest, if they wish to not lose their customer and their brand image

                  Dear sir/mam,

                  My tata docomo sim was recently working fine, but suddenly i noticed that it stopped searching any network. It simply displays 'no service'. I have called the customer care also from another number and they say that the number is not blocked and is still working, i just need to change the handset.. But i have already tried it, still it is not catching any network. Please help.

                    I had recharged for ₹14 pack with ₹11+5 sms valid for 28 days on 24/11/2018. For which i got confirmation also

                    Hi! Recharge successful, mrp rs.14, validity:28 days, 11tt+5 sms-28 days, tranc id: [protected]. Thank you - tata docomo.

                    I didn't get any balance for calling after recharge.

                    I reported the literally 5 times issue, to customer support team. There everyone speak in hindi hardly no one understands kannada (Local language) and handful people can communicate in english.

                    Then i got the message on 27/11/2018 as mentioned below.

                    Recharge with minimum rs 23 once every 28days to use outgoing on expiry of pack, else o/g will be barred on expiry & i/c in 15 days. [protected]@ tatadocomo.com

                    I recharged on 28th

                    Hi! Recharge successful, mrp rs.26, validity:28 days, 20tt+5 sms-28 days, tranc id: [protected]. Thank you - tata docomo.

                    I have not spoke for more than 5 minutes

                    But today on 2/12/2018, insufficient balance could not make a call.

                    I appreciate the cheaper rate in this network. But the worst management and customer support team. Mind it we are still using tata docomo though it has not updated to 4g

                      My sim card shows sim card registration failed... I didn't use my sim card for a few months... When i kept my sim card into my phone it shows ur sim card registration failed... I don't know why my sim card shows like that... What happened to my sim card... I want my sim card back alive... Because it's very important to my bank account.. My bank accounts are linked with my tata docomo number... Please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                          My tata docomo number[protected] which i have been using for many years has been suddenly disconnected without prior information. I was not using the phone very often and that's why it was not recharged. I am abroad now and that number is the only number which i use to handle my indian account. All the bank passwords and otps, aadhar are linked to that phone number. Now because my phone number disconnected i am locked out of all my accounts...

                          I don't know the circuit id and they are not accepting my number to disconnect. So it goes on loop again enter the number or id.

                                Balance deducted from my account, an unknown service is activated without my notice and it got renewed on 26th nov 2018 automatically.

                                After calling customer care, they are not giving proper response, on first call person said currently their system is down and he will call back next day, but no one called back, so i called second this time person was very rude and he is putting docomo's problem on my head, that deduction will not be refunded. Third time another person said he will connect to his supervisor, my call was on hold more than 30 minutes and no supervisor talked to me.

                                And all these customer care calls are charged again, so i lost some 40 rs in calling customer care and plus that invalid deduction of 35 rs.

                                So this total of some 75 rs, due to docomo's force fed activation without my concern, not sure docomo will refund.

                                And this issue is not first time, many of others also face this and why docomo activates pack for free and automatically they renew it after 30, 60 days and that time it will be charged. Why you are force feeding us with unwanted activation.

                                Currently i have unlimited plan, after this if tata docomo not refunds, then i surely look for changing service provider.

                                Simply docomo cannot send one message and deduct balance as and when they want!

                                  I have been charged for vas services that i didn't subscribe for. Balance of inr 99 has been deducted for chitchat and balance of inr 49 has been deducted for gamepad49. Please help to resolve this issue and refund the amount.

                                  I have stoped the subscription but the balance is not refunded yet. Please look into the matter.

                                  After reporting the complain, a Tata Docomo executive called me the next day and asked about the issues. They then refunded the amount within 3 hrs. They have asked not to click on web advertisements unless it is safe to do so.

                                    Tata docomo changed my plan to gsm 500l+n+1gb @99 3gplan 99.00 with out notice/consent. When i reach them to find out the reason i didnt get any satisfactory answer and they were reluctant to get a complaint recorded.
                                    Extremely unbearable with docomo;

                                    And when i choose to move out of docomo they have been rejecting the port-out request and playing cheap tricks.

                                      I'm facing problem with my sim, issue is i cannot send any messages to any other mobile. I have raised complaints many times and did all the trouble shooting steps but still no use. So even i opted to get a new sim but no stores are available in banglore and no one is held responsible for it..
