Respected sir/ma'am

I had my balance around 43 till 5th of october 2018 and data pack which was expiring on the same day. Data pack got expired but also my balance became 0.05 without any use of it. No offense but i don't understand why is company making such blunders with main balance deductions every time. Such mistakes make users to switch to other service providers. Please kindly take my problem into consideration and i hope to get my problem solved soon!

    My tata docomo mobile number has been suddenly stopped working.
    And i want my number back because it's important number for me
    Bt there are no stores available in my district and [protected] tata docomo costumer care number is not getting connected from any telecom service.
    I have face so much of problems due to this
    My contacts are lost my bank account number has been disabled i have faced problems in my job.
    Such a big company but not worth it.

      Hello,
      I am using tata docomo sim card in mumbai. I am using my mobile number for more than 7 years in mumbai. Nowadays i am in rajasthan for some work.

      And i am not getting network of tata docomo. When i select the option of "select operator manually" it is not showing tata docomo in the list. And it is select airtel network in automatically network operator selection by default.

      Now i am unable to make calls and receive any calls on this number.

      Even i am unable to make customer care (198 and [protected]) calls from my number as it says you are not dialing the right number.

        Docomo has stopped service on my number without any notice. From last month my outgoing and incoming call is not working. How can they stop the service without any notice. I am using that number from last 4 years and now they suddenly stop the service. Now please tell me how i can port my number to airtel or vodafone because i am not able to send the sms now. Please take the action against them asap. There customer care number is also not working. Also i am unable to find any docomo stores open in mysore.

        Kindly help asap as it's very urgent because it's my primary number.

          Hi! Your subscription to tinytv is renewed at rs 30 for 7 day (S) 13-oct-2018. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree).

          I did not want any of this. I didn't subscribe or renew. Why has it automatically subscribed. I already stopped it once but the same thing came again after a few days.
          What is this service, and why is it sucking the balance from my sim?

            Whenever i am making a call, the recording says "outgoing call facility has stopped on in your number to continue pay the bill".
            It is prepaid sim, i had recently recharged my number and now i can't even send a sms from the my number.

            Please do the needful asap as i am expecting an urgent call by 6:30 pm. (Business need). If this is not done by the end of the day i may end up paying huge loss in my business.

                I am trying to send messages through my docomo number but it's not going showing error. I want to port my number but whenever m trying to send port message m getting. Some error. Please help me in this. I want to change my network to airtel. So please resolve it. Cc are not lifting the phone. I am using port xxxxxxxxxx using space also. But it's showing error. I have balance also

                  I am in home network after that my docomo network showing roaming in my two mobile number [protected] and [protected] location dabra, dist gwalior (M. P.). My alternate number is [protected]. It showing raoming as well as no network sometimes when i m good strength network area. Please resolve my problem because i m very sad about this when i want to make urgent call then there is no network in my mobile. Please help me

                  Hello Team,
                  I'm using tata docomo prepaid connection. I'm not able to send any messages whether I'm roaming or not.
                  Due to which many of my works are not getting completed.
                  While roaming, there is a lot of connection issue. most of the time, there is no network range shown while roaming.

                    My father passed away in september 2017. I am still getting bills in his name. My
                    Mother personally went to the office, ive written email and i have called up the helpline. Still no use. I keep getting bills for unused mobile belonging to an expired human.

                    1) i would like the connection to be terminated with immediate effect

                    2) stop sending me bills

                    3) and i will not pay for what i’ve not used

                      I am using tata docomo connection since last 5 years but now i am facing lots of problem so request you to kindly resolved same.

                      1. I am facing network issue in in ahmadabad city if you are not able to resolved it so please inform me.
                      2. Your team has change my base plan and deactivate my data pack without inform so please confirm why.
                      3.in current month bill my bill amount is high due to your team has deactivate data pack so i am not able to pay any extra charges so kindly deduct same amount from my bill.

                        I have been told by customer support that this number has been recycled. I need this number back.

                        I had it working fine all these years.

                        I had ported from docomo to bsnl and then to airtel. Airtel informed that this number belongs to docomo.

                          I am a student currently studying in germany. I own an indian registered tata docomo simcard. Before my journey from india u had contacted the customer services and they promised me the availablity of network in germany. Once here i have no network and now i am worried. I have mailed customer support numerous times but no reply. Hope somebody can solve this issue for me

                            I had recently recharged my account but they deducted my balance for some bollywood evergreen hits plan for which i didn't subscribe.
                            This is very cheap for a large company like tata.
                            A total of rs 52+ 52.68 has been deducted from my account for no reason.

                            I want all charges refunded as soon as possible. If not refunded, i am going ti write a letter to consumer forum.

                              non availability of sim for replacement

                              Sir, i am a long time costumer of tata docomo since last 10 years. But i am facing a big trouble from last 3 days because of your poor teleservice. My mobile had theft on 29/09/18. From that day i am not getting any blank sim for replacement, in any retail counter/tata docomo office of my locality {j. K. Road, jajpur, odisha.}. So kindly suggest me how can i get a new sim of the same number....

                              Hi.
                              My tata docomo number is showing as an invalid number when others are trying to call me. I am able to make outgoing calls through the same number as it's showing "emergency calls only". No incoming calls as others are getting the invalid number message. Please resolve this asap since i need my number to be available at all times.

                                I hv been complaining about poor network/call drop since more than 2 year now. Representative sent by service provider visited our site and confirmed, there is poor network/call drop problem.

                                Tatadocomo, is keep assuring, my network issue will be resolved shortly, but no relief as of now. Except one month exemption for monthly bill payment, they keep sending me monthly bill and reminders been sent through sms for bill payment. I have been regulary making bill payment, inspite o[censored]nsatisfactory service/call drop problem, without having any relief

                                  On 17th September, My balance of rs 20 was deducted due to extra use of internet. so I've called tata docomo care for solution of this issue. Docomo customer service specialist named NIJAMUDDIN gave Solution that i've to send message STOP to 1925 so that if my net balance for the day was over my main balance not be deducted. I've believe on him and do the same on 18th September.

                                  Then On 28th September, Again My Balance of rs 100 was deducted due to extra use of internet.
                                  On 29th september at 12 AM, when i've called to care, their customer service specialist named KANHAIYA kumar said that "Service of STOP has not been activated on your number, call us on morning"

                                  Then again on 29th september, i've talked to their customer service specialist named ANIL who gave me information that "Service of STOP has already been activated on your number from 18th September and your main balance should not be deducted beacuase STOP service were strated on your number."
                                  He also said that "Your request for Balance deduction of rs 100 was transfered to approprieate department and you'd get response of it withinh 24 hours"

                                  every time i called, they gave me different information.
                                  Till this time, i have not receive any response from their side

                                  My Question is that if i've started STOP service, then why my balance of rs 100 was been dedcuted. i want refund of rs 100 as inconvenience are from their side.

                                  Kindly consider my request and give me appropriate solution as soon as possible. i've also enclose audio clip of my chat with your service specialist.

                                      As you are aware that my number is activated for isd roaming since 2014. Recently (7th sept) i came from india to bahrain.
                                      I noticed that my isd roaming service is not working. I am getting message
                                      "no network access, bahrain mobile network.
                                      So i send email to tatadocomo support and following up with them from 17th sept. And no update from them, and number which they have given its not working and no help received from them.
                                      All are saying its fine from there side, till it same and given suggestion also not working.

                                      Can you please help as this number is given as a primary contact number.

                                      Did you get their permission before going abroad. Ideally you have to apply to Tata docomo and get their permission before applying for visa.
