On 17th September, My balance of rs 20 was deducted due to extra use of internet. so I've called tata docomo care for solution of this issue. Docomo customer service specialist named NIJAMUDDIN gave Solution that i've to send message STOP to 1925 so that if my net balance for the day was over my main balance not be deducted. I've believe on him and do the same on 18th September.
Then On 28th September, Again My Balance of rs 100 was deducted due to extra use of internet.
On 29th september at 12 AM, when i've called to care, their customer service specialist named KANHAIYA kumar said that "Service of STOP has not been activated on your number, call us on morning"
Then again on 29th september, i've talked to their customer service specialist named ANIL who gave me information that "Service of STOP has already been activated on your number from 18th September and your main balance should not be deducted beacuase STOP service were strated on your number."
He also said that "Your request for Balance deduction of rs 100 was transfered to approprieate department and you'd get response of it withinh 24 hours"
every time i called, they gave me different information.
Till this time, i have not receive any response from their side
My Question is that if i've started STOP service, then why my balance of rs 100 was been dedcuted. i want refund of rs 100 as inconvenience are from their side.
Kindly consider my request and give me appropriate solution as soon as possible. i've also enclose audio clip of my chat with your service specialist.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I'm using tata docomo prepaid connection. I'm not able to send any messages whether I'm roaming or not.
Due to which many of my works are not getting completed.
While roaming, there is a lot of connection issue. most of the time, there is no network range shown while roaming.
