Tata Docomo — Balance deduction

I am prepaid customer in tata docomo, this 24 october in 10 am my balance deducted in 44 rupees, i call that call center that person sir u speaking isd call .sir i did not call at the time, you can also check CALL 121 to message i message it, the number is coming.but i did not call isd number.. docomo customer service is worst in service fully cheating in service [protected].i am also email listen [protected]@tatadocomo also mail it did not any response, if you can check give me 25 rupees the outgoing call are send person it.

this problem is solved yesterday amount is refund in my number [protected]..
same problem is comming 29 oct 47 rupees is balance deducting...any problem did not worst in service resolve the problem service ..i did not connect 121.198 did not attend one time in one day told the problem is solving after 24 hours clear told after i am calling the same issue is coming.after any harsh speaking the sim is blocked in customer executive one month after one month is release the problem..aug month this problem is coming, the same problem is this month is coming tommorow november clear the problem, any called 198 121, i calling the number is blocking..the quality of service worst in tata docomo..

some example..

i told i am recharge 30 rupees the service tax reduction after 2x are added the account, after why using unwanted balance reduction, after the problem u added less then the amount, u reeducation higher amount u added are less amount, why u are company is loss so that u are customer money is deduction in company, any problem did not resolve 24 hours clear u told did not clear, only back end person only calling, the problem is not clear...why did not understand the customer value...
