[Resolved] Tata Docomo — balance deduction | |
My no is [protected] i recharge my phone on 11/09/2017 with top up of rs 60 which gives me full talk time of rs 60 and i make only 3 call the remaining balance was 58rs but later when i call again it said you have insufficient balance. Another one was on 16/09/2017 recharge the same no with topup amount 20 and after 2calls balance was12:30rs but after some time it was 8paisa where did my all money go i call on customer care 121 tata docomo but no option to talk to customer care executive. What should i do. Please help me.

Verified Support Sep 20, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that your balance of 70/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on[protected] at 19:12 PM used 566KB data and[protected] at 19:19 PM used 13KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not charge in future.
