[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — balance deduction

I have been charged for vas services that i didn't subscribe for. Balance of inr 99 has been deducted for chitchat and balance of inr 49 has been deducted for gamepad49. Please help to resolve this issue and refund the amount.

I have stoped the subscription but the balance is not refunded yet. Please look into the matter.

I need the balance urgently. Please help.

After reporting the complain, a Tata Docomo executive called me the next day and asked about the issues. They then refunded the amount within 3 hrs. They have asked not to click on web advertisements unless it is safe to do so.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The issue has been now addressed by Tata Docomo and they refunded the amount. Thank you for the same!
