[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction of Rs 71 on 21/11/2014 | |||
Hello my name is arvind kumar my tata docomo no is +91-[protected]. this is my second time when the balance was deducted for the same reason. on 21/11/2014 around 10:30 AM by balance was deducted of Rs 71 without any pre intimation. and neigher i get the any message of deduction. when i call customer care then they toll me i used Internet so balance was deducted. i want to know when i had internet balance so why balance was deducted without any intimation of low data balance. and i have suffer a lot to get my balance back i call 5 to 6 time from different docomo numbers. please sir help me to get my balance back. In this regards, we would like to inform you that as per checking upon our records thoroughly an amount of Rs. 71/- has been deducted as you used data more than free usage with multiple session at a time and you have been charged correctly.
Further, kindly note browsing of internet web pages of size more than 10 MB and while browsing the web pages and the size of the data usage has exceeded more that the available limit and for that reason, the balance got deducted from your main balance. Kindly make a note.
