We would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs.99/- has been deducted from your main balance are due to the activation of a VAS service (Nazara) on your number. In this regards, we would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs.99/- has been credited on your Tata Docomo number with the docket number: ABAL[protected]. Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number. You can obtain any information related to your account (EX: Recharge information, Data usage and complaints registered) by dialing to *191#.
