Today evening I lost my total balance. I don't know, why you have taken. Please tell me the reason. i have been calling from evening onwards to your customer care service. But your people is not responding to me properly. Check and refund that amount. I am getting more troubles by your network. I am getting this type of problems often. In this regards, we would like to inform you that the amount of Rs. 87/- has been already adjusted towards your number as a goodwill on 13-FEB-2015.
