Tata Docomo — Balance not debited in account | |||
I purchased a new tata docomo connection 2 days back. I was told that i would be getting around 60 rupees as talktime value after activation. My number got activated around 36 hours before. Still i do not get any value added to my account. I went to the tata docomo store the morning, they told me that value will be added shortly, but it wasn't. I called many times but no one replied.In the evening, somebody picked the phone and said that the value will be added in 5 minutes. It has been almost 2 hours, but i get nothing.
