Tata Docomo — Balance Stolen

I am a tata docomo subscriber(Mobile no. [protected]). But yesterday i was surprised to see my balance. I was having more than 250 Rs balance and 3Gb data plan. I was surprised my balance is 0 Rs only and data plan is nill. Really this give me a setback that reputed telecom operator is acting like this and unnecessary steeling balance and data pack. Now i am having a doubt in my mind might be you steel my balance in past also but i was unable to detect that. I want my balance and data refund back.
