Tata Docomo — Bill amount is deducted twice from what I had paid upfront

After last bill paid my outstanding amount was -479.24. Bill amount for MAY is 337.45. So after amount deducted from previous outstanding (as I have already paid upfront) my current outstanding should be - 141.79. I mailed them attaching Screenshots for proof. What I see in bill statement (correct "337.45") looks different when I see in website (page after login. Option latest bill amount "-142") which in turn differs from what I see in phone using *121# ("195.45" which means I need to pay Tata Docomo this much more to completely payoff last month bil). Last month had a issue for which I got amount back after a week since some circle officer got involved as I was going to report it with proofs. Now again.I don''t have time to waste with them each month for my money missing by talking to customer care. So lodging this complaint. I have all necessary proofs and email conversation along with a conversation with their customer care rep for last month may 18 issue which I recorded for future scenarios. Mail me if you want to have the proofs viewed.
